Allegedly? There's a video that proves this was a horrific event. The Marines were kicked in the head. There was no downgrade by Fox. They reported accurately. They've been charged appropriately.
Coastal San Clemente for the most part is a very affluent area on the coast of CA. Home of Richard Nixon for awhile.

It's reputable for being a good surf community and very laid back. I'm having a hard wrapping my mind around the type of kids who chose to participate in the mob. They say there are nine of them, all from the local community, one female, 8 males. As they are juveniles, it will harder find out more on them. If I find out more, I'll post it.

FOX (not me) downgraded the headline from "Horrific Video" to "Teens Allegedly Attacked Marines".

And we have a reputable beach community (a family hang out) here in Florida, and nine people got shot there on Memorial Day. What kind of kids were involved in the CA fight? Likely normal kids, possibly under the influence, who reacted when the fight broke out.

There were 5. 4 guys and 1 girl.

It was originally reported by the mayor that there were nine arrested but there were 30 in the mob who participated. Normal kids and young adults don't do this stuff.
The headline was not downgraded. You appear to have it in for Fox is all. The video is horrific.

Not sure why you'd argue against something which is so easy to prove.

I'm not young, but I have witnessed fights all my life. The only thing which has changed is social media where people share and sensationalize everything. The other thing which has changed is that too often these scuffles turn deadly when guns are pulled out, as was the case in the Florida incident where 9 people were shot. I didn't see FOX call that 'horrific'.

Five people are being investigated, 4 guys and 1 girl.

 

Why do you keep repeating yourself? If you want to dismiss my source, go ahead. I don't care. They said 30 were involved in the mob, and so far five arrested. That's 30 against 2, and nine arrested.

I don't know what you get out of opining that Fox downgraded this incident to something minor. They didn't. Both headlines are still correct.

Marines aren't the sharpest tools in the box as this video proves. In fact intellect is a big no no in the army, for obvious reasons, so it's likely the same thing with seamen, probably even dumber.

One is…. Opinion. So while not wrong per se(it’s an opinion) it involves subjective emotionalism where others don’t think that is the case. I didn’t think it was horrific(It’s bad, but not horrific, IMO. I’ve seen videos of cartels skinning people alive, soldiers killing themselves on the battlefield, and so many other things, that this just does not get to that level, hence opinion).

The title was changed from “Horrific video” to video. From clickbait title to news title.
