The FBI kept the pedigree of the dossier hidden. That is actually a big deal since the FBI could not verify the dossier.

 

To get a warrant on a guy who worked with Russian spies and kept going to Russia to visit state actors?

The FBI was politicized, and this memo proves it without a doubt. Their actions in using opposition research and not disclosing that fact to obtain a warrant is completely unethical.

This is the big deal, using the unverified dossier to spy on Americans, that people have speculated on for quite some time and now there is evidence that it did happen as speculated. Spying on Americans under false pretenses is quite damning.

 

What's not accurate in the memo? We know now the claims about all the national security issue and exposing means and methods was totally bogus. We know they use circular reporting to convince the FISA court of the veracity of the memo. I hope the FISA court files for some action for the deception.

 

Yeah, It says it right there. McCabe testified to the committee that the FISA warrant would not have been granted without the dossier. I mean, either he testified to that account or he didn't I'm having a hard time believing that Nunes just bald faced lied about it considering that's so easy to verify. You simply can't polish this turd up.

Non sequiter. There are a long list of witnesses that the Commitee chairman won't call. He has been holding the few hearings he has had behind closed doors, in order to prevent a repeat of what happened when Comey testified (the last time they held a public hearing).

They are avoiding the camera in order to do what Nunes thinks his job is, providing political cover for Trump.

Nunes isn't interested in oversight. This memo makes that even more obvious.

 

Even Fusion testified they could not confirm the veracity of the dossier yet it was used to get a FISA warrant.
