Do parents only get paid leave one time per new kid, or is it per company they work out, with prior leave kept private from the new company? How long do they have to work at the company before they qualify for paid leave? Are they required to continue working for the company after taking it or else have to pay it back? Suppose a person starts at a company, takes parental leave soon after starting, and then does not come back. How much would that increase their effective dollars per hour for the hours they did work while there? Also, how much do you think funds paid to parental leave reduces funds that could be paid equally to all employees, and lowers their hourly rate?
I doubt many have paid parental leave without some strong arming by activists accuing some managers of sexual harassment and demanding that policy as part of the settlement. I bet it happened a lot. AlwaysAclways hi guys get taxed so many different ways. Walking wallets or slaves is how the rest of society sees us. Only their own fun matters to them. Some people see other people's lives as having their own value, and others only value people by what they contribute to the group beyond their own work load.
The only reason gay marriage and gay existence became acceptable in the US is because of the child tax credit. Now that gays pay extra taxes, it is ok for them to not pay child support to another man's kid.
