How They Got Their Guns

You have not presented any facts. You cling to the fear you guys have. But then again, you love to stereotype about people, don't you?

There's hardly a more fearful group than the gun crowd. It seems to be the haunt of nativists and flat earth types.

The want the Wild West, and have assembled a collection of cherry picked statistics to argue the more guns make the world safer.

And, every time a public outcry raises over doing something about gun violence, they all go out and buy more guns and pass around conspiracy theories amongst themselves. (the one about the government buying up all the ammunition was especially nonsensical). Oh, the gun merchants know this too, so they jack up prices and create artifical shortages to keep the costomers in fear and thier wallets open.

 

There are only two data sources necessary to prove that more guns make our society safer: The FBI UCR, and CCP issue stats. Neither are cherry picked. There ARE more guns and more gun owners, and society IS safer.

 

Since the vast majority of pro-gun folks are people who served in the military, current/former LEO, or work in jobs that requires them to carry a weapon, I'd say they have far more spine than your average liberal.

We can only hope to return to the Wild West, where the murder rate was 1/5th of what it is today.

 

Explain the attempts of the ATF to prohibit the sale and ownership of common rifle ammunition by recategorizing it as armor piercing, when it did not even meet the legal definition to qualify as armor piercing to begin with.
