One way to do it, is to die and travel to the end of the universe and see him there. Another way here on earth, is just to see white. Everything white. Close your eyes, imagine nothing. Think of nothing. Try to go to the top of a mountain if you can during a foggy day too. You have to do it in the morning, before the sun comes up preferrably. if you live in a place where you have a large mountain and tons of oxygen and mist that's your best bet. If you're in the city find a white room, white light or just imagine white and think of nothing. Then say hi to him, communicate with him mentally and say things that are easy to understand, like the same way you would talk to your mother. say something like, "Hi, God how are you?" or "Hey God what are you doing today?". To find God and speak to him you must find nothing first. God is nothing on earth.
See, when I do this, I find that I am only talking to myself. Do you have any further instructions to avoid this?
If it's "God"...He'll tell you to believe everything that jedimiller believes. If he doesn't....he's the Devil or your own sinful mind. Quite simple really.
Interesting. I wonder if other spiritual world communicators have to do the same thing? 1st I've heard of this method.
Man can not see God the way you mean. Man must see Truth, i.e.; Christ. Truth is the image of almighty Reality, i.e.; our "god" of the Bible. When we "see" Truth, it is the same as seeing the Reality which has duplicated it.
I tried that and didn't see him. If God exists outside of time how can he be at the end of the universe?
There's a restaurant at the end of the universe. I wonder if god has eaten there? And if he has, did he know where his towel was during the meal?
According to the Holy Bible, Jesus is God incarnate and we need only follow the sacrificial/ holy example of Jesus Christ to do what is benificial and upright. No further example to follow is necessary. Your white light imagination and chit chat with God is impressive, it borders on delusion/ hullicination I think... Ref: John 1:14 (English Standard Version (ESV)) And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.
interesting. do your action figures speak to you sometimes? your sky dad and his self/son/ghost/self?
cool image though, no? I actually live in misty mountains, so often have the opportunity to pause and suck it all in. god never shows up though, mysteriously. mostly it's just swoony marvelling at nature and crap like that. then I usually mutter 'sod this for a joke, I'm going for a cheeseburger'
I would suggest finding a room, a cold room and filling it with oxygen. paint all the walls white and the floors. sit in the middle and meditate. That's if you're in the city like LA for example. the best way to do it is to climb the mountain. Moses and Jesus did this to speak to god. The greeks knew this secret too as they build their temples on the highest mountain they could find. The egyptians did it too with pyramids and the Mayans etc. You have to reach to the sky to get high and listen to god. You are not talking to yourself, talk to the white wall, the white cloud or the white light and you will not be talking to yourself. If you think you're talking to yourself then its not working for you.
Now when you say oxygen, do you mean to any particular extent? I mean, there is oxygen in air, does that suffice? Mountain tops are generally characterised with their lack of oxygen, is that a problem? Also, I believe under- and overuse of oxygen can have some psychological effects on humans, is that part of the process or a source for uncertainties?
