Yes, it was raining. And Rachel Jeantel said that Martin didn't initially have his hood over his head. For what that's worth. Also, Zimmerman didnt offer the dispatcher the fact that Martin was wearing a hoodie, it was solicited from him by the dispatcher. Zimmerman didn't say that Martins hoodie made him look suspicious but Martins actions only. Youve been shown pictures, given official Deeds of records, shown Plats entered into County records, shown testimony and given addresses. Even the prosecution doesn't deny that Martin initially followed Zimmerman. I suppose that you didn't see the Club House video? Ive offered proofs. You've countered with none(except for 'the slide show' which supports no claim of yours). Respectfully,
He did have his hood on as evidenced by the 7-11 film. and he lowered it while he was standing under the mail kiosk when the rain became heavier.. George is a stupid man.. that's why he is in hiding to avoid a divorce service. Defend him as you will.
[h=2][/h] There are two possible explanations for your response to my post; (1) You are just pulling my chain and laughing it up. (2) You didn't understand the premise of Zimmerman being both "the guy in the pickup" and the guy out "walking around". Either way, this makes any hope of rational dialogue pretty danged tough. Oh well. Respectfully,
Martin wearing his hood 45 minutes earlier has little to do with him wearing it later. My apologies, I didn't realize that there was testimony or evidence that Martin lowered his hood while at the mail box. Maybe you can cite the source! Yes, George IS a stupid man. He actually believed all of that malarkey about civic duty, community pride, community service and volunteerism. LOL, what a fool. Didn't he know it was better to hide in his house and let other chumps waste their time and get their *** kicked? Respectfully,
He wasn't. He should have realized that black people aren't allowed in white areas, especially at night, and that the penalty is death. Luckily the (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) Patrol was on the job.
Zimmerman stated he spottex him on the lawn. You have claimed thar the lawns are common property despire being shown multiple plat maps showing that they are not. Rule 11 show that the lawns are common property.
The HOA controlled irrigation, landscaping, mowing etc... all areas beyond the front door and the back patio are common areas. He walked thru the unfenced area between two rowhouse units like all the teens on foot.. because it was a shortcut. By now.. after it 's been well over a year, you should have seen the slide show and the HOA information.
Yes you have said that plenty of times. You have quite the imagination. While like many HOAs the HOA may take care of maintenance, although you have supplied no evidence that they do, that does not mean that the lawns are common property. Rule 11 or quit making the claim. The plat maos show that the lawns are part of the individual property.
Who cares what the plat map shows? The BOTTOM LINE IS THIS - TM got home - or close to his home, according to his gf and even Sadamie and what does he do? The kid is itching for a fight and he GOES BACK TO FIND Z AND ASSAULTS HIM! And TM ends up in the morgue........ Those are the hard cold facts and what do you want to quibble about over a yr later? The damn landscape! Margot, isn't your brain pretty much frazzled out by now over this case? You can argue about it until the cows come home and it's not going to do you any good..... b/c everyone knows TM doubled back to attack Z and he lost! Be good to yourself and move on to another case to try to solve....
Why are YOU still consumed with this case? I am fine with the verdict.. but it is annoying to be lectured by those who never bothered to follow the evidence. Lying about the victim is very offensive to me. But, give it time.. George will reappear in the celebrity spotlight ..
There is a huge line though between perceived boogy men and a 28 year old in his car, in his neighborhood. I mean logically, if just the mere sight of George made Trayvon scared, then something was really wrong with Trayvon mentally, and I can believe that based on the hours he spent talking to Rachel Jeantal, a mentally challenged 19 year old senior, I mean how embarrassing.
She can also show where under Florida law Zimmerman committed a stalking and an assault as she claimed.................................
The problem for Trayvon was George's runaway imagination. God forbid that we see every black teen in a hoodie as a threat.
Ahh excuse me, YOU never followed the evidence and proved you have no comprehension of the laws that applied claiming Zimmerman committed a stalking and then an assault. Now you are ignoring the testimony of the girl friend who clearly states Martin lost Zimmerman for several minutes making it back to the apartment during that time where he was free to go inside and watch his basketball game and if he were in fear of anything call the police or his dad. He choose an entirely different course of action, one that got him killed because of his actions.
I can't recall how many people in hoodies since Martin's death have injured, maimed, or killed victims but it's a rather interesting number. Large enough in fact that most people should probably be worried to see a hoodie wearer mucking around at night -- regardless of their skin color. White, Black, or even that mystical designation of White-Hispanic. Be worried. Be very worried.

Yes I did follow the evidence.. Unlike you I read every bit of the evidence dumps posted on GZlegal.com. George was not charged with stalking but he should have also been charged with interfering with a police investigation. Once he called the police... he should have stepped back and let them handle it. This is probably not a crime of malice.. or racism.. just one of stupidity. And George is nothing if not stupid.
No he didn't.. George has a long history of not being able to follow directions.. Look at him now.. He's in hiding to avoid being served with divorce papers.. George was ramped up to prove himself because he had failed to "catch" any burglars and because he'd had a fight with his wife. George was acting out.. That's what childish men do.
So in other words, George was following directions and so you tried to divert the issue with irrelevant assumptions regarding the fellow's nature. I can dig that.
No.. George wasn't following instructions .. nor was he abiding by NW protocols. He was simply acting out for his own ego needs. George is a screw up and always will be. Look at his most recent behavior... Showing up when he wife was moving out of her father's home in spite of the agreement and stealing a TV and furniture.. George is pathetic.
