Every election, same thing from the left..

    Reagan :racist
    Bush sr: racist
    Bush jr: racist
    McCain: racist
    Bob Dole: racist
    Ross Perot: racist
    Romney: Racist

    Trump:...See a pattern here folks?

Funny how Trump was a respected businessman for decades with many friends on the left....than he ran for President, and you guessed it!

    Left says "he's racist"

    Didn't see that coming!

To a hammer every problem is a nail.

Lefties see the world through the lens of race and class struggle. They are no different than hammers.

Right wingers aren't against assimilation. Right wingers have a "prove it" mentality. The Germans proved it(after much sacrifice) and today, German-Americans make up the largest bloc of Americans. That's right, not all "whites" are the same. Italian-Americans had to overcome the mob, and today we celebrate the Irish tradition. And so forth it goes.

Assimilation always comes with it, a test. Our love and admiration for our Japanese allies only came after the second world war(we were also allies during and before the first world war. We ourselves took the venture with Commodore Perry, a historically wonderful decision.).

The "melting together" must STILL come out, as one coherent ingredient and we can call this "ingredient" American. Unfortunately, due to racial strife agitated by professional extremists on the Left, we're back to square one.

So I thank the Left humbly, from the bottom of my heart of RUINING this country in the insane "attempt" of fixing the 1800's by simply reversing the tale of the tape.

A lot of those Germans didn't assimilate so hot. Are they un-American? They call themselves the Amish, and Quakers. One was even president.

A lot of British folk didn't assimilate so well. They are the Cajuns. Are they un-American?

The Amish and Quakers are very specific tribes of German-American. By your definition, Naive Americans didn't "assimilate" either. Those groups are more or less obeying the law, save for the more wackos out there. So given that, I'd say they assimilated.

And Cajuns aren't British, they're French Catholics(I admit, to my own surprise. I always thought they were Indians). http://www.dictionary.com/browse/cajun

The GOP has been racist since the 50s. It's not surprising to see that it's politicians are mostly white an full of racists with oppressive policies.

Democrats led the charge in civil rights, and continue to lead the charge. I don't think the GOP could ever elect a black President. I'm sure they'd vote in a token vice President.

Democrats were the party of the KKK, and their racism continues to this day. Shall I post the link of Hillary eulogizing a KKK grand wizard? (who was also a democrat)

I think you are right. I must have been thinking hillbillies. They are from the same region as my border collies. Ireland, Scotland and Britain.

But, we recycle our bigots and racists into great humanitarians.

    Way too easy.

The GOP really wanted Colin Powell to run in '96, and he would have wiped the floor with Clinton. I was a Republican then and I would have voted for him in a heartbeat.

A whole bunch wanted Condi to run after W as well.

No, your bigots and racists just chose a new race. "The white privilege" to harp on. And in so doing, all of that cute "inclusion" work went down the drain. Now, I for my part will always consider my fellow Americans Americans, regardless of race or class. And I'll always do right by them. But I'll also always give a Democrat a stink eye, because I know what they think of me, and vice versa.

Liberals also call every Republican stupid. Reagan was called a rube, whereas Jimmy Carter was a genius.

    Too funny.
