There is no way out of this one. Can't add a word or two here or there to wiggle out of it like the clintons always do,this is Hillary's Waterloo.

"Let's begin with a flashback to Hillary Clinton's infamous March 2015 United Nations press conference, at which she unleashed a barrage of since-exposed lies and fabrications. Here she is insisting that in the process of unilaterally deleting more than 30,000 emails off of her unsecure, national security-compromising, rules-violating server, she and her team of lawyers turned over all messages to the State Department "that could possibly be work-related."

"It has since been revealed that this, among many other things, was untrue. She withheld or deleted email exchanges pertaining to Libya with her shady, well-compensated and banned-by-the-Obama-administration adviser Sidney Blumenthal -- whose personal emails were also hacked, and about whom Clinton has lied. She failed to disclose an email interaction with Gen. David Petraeus. We learned last week that she also withheld a damning email that shed light on how a problem with her bootleg server, which she was specifically warned was a security threat, caused the State Department to temporarily lower its secure system's firewall. May I remind you that Mrs. Clinton did not merely lie to reporters and the public before that blue backdrop last year; she also certified under penalty of perjury that she'd fully complied with a court order to hand over all official emails to the State "

An additional 165 pages of emails from Hillary Clinton's time at the State Department surfaced Monday, including nearly three dozen that the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee failed to hand over last year that were sent through her private server. The latest emails were released under court order by the State Department to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch. The batch includes 34 new emails Clinton exchanged through her private account with her deputy chief of staff, Huma Abedin. The aide, who also had a private email account on Clinton's home server, later gave her copies to the government. The emails were not among the 55,000 pages of work-related messages that Clinton turned over to the agency in response to public records lawsuits seeking copies of her official correspondence. They include a March 2009 message where the then-secretary of state discusses how her official records would be kept. "I have just realized I have no idea how my papers are treated at State," Clinton wrote to Abedin and a second aide. "Who manages both my personal and official files? ... I think we need to get on this asap to be sure we know and design the system we want."

"Secretary Clinton, did you wipe the drive?"
"What do you mean, wipe it with a cloth?"
Politicians are untouchable and above the law, it's like diplomatic immunity. Hillary will be president. Obama will pardon her if she's charged. Do you think they will really let the Democratic nominee get indicted and let a Bozo like Bernie or Trump become president?

If anyone thought the Republican attacks on Bill Clinton in the 90s were a circus (and they were...a sad one)...hold on to your hats because we're gonna do it all over again.

As long as the GOP has a majority in the House, they can "impeach" any federal official.

(They can always fabricate a pretext of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors").

It only takes a simple partisan majority (as happened with Bill Clinton) to be impeached.

And, if the GOP House wanted to waste taxpayer money on such a witch hunt, there is no chance in hell she would be convicted by the required 2/3rds vote in the Senate.

So, it is a total waste of time and taxpayer money.

By the way, a person would have to be beyond delusional to think that there is even the slightest chance she would be impeached.

    Hillary impeached? :roflol:

Waste of time and energy. The Republicans will probably retain the house and probably with a straight party line vote they will vote for impeachment. Then the senate will try her. It takes 2/3rds of the senate to vote for impeachment for her removal from office. Chances are the Democrats will control the senate next year. So if every Republican senator voted her guilty of impeachment offensive, they will probably have somewhere between 45-48 votes. Far below the minimum of 67 needed.

For impeachment to be successful the public at large has to be hollering for it. A vast majority of Americans must want it. If not, you're just peeing in the wind. Going through a motion that will look to most Americans as revenge for Clinton winning the presidency. Without the American peoples backing, impeachment stands no chance.

Their hysteria has been going on ever since Clinton beat Bush sr and they go from dumb to dumber with every new attack.
But I see you people have already conceded her as potus, eh?

Republicans could try, but if they tried to impeach her for something that happened before she was President, and something the official record shows she was found to not have done, they would have their work cut out for them.

I'm not even sure they have the authority to impeach for an offense not committed by a sitting President. They could hold a hearing and try and catch her lying under oath, but since the official investigation says she was telling the truth even that would be hard to do. (just because they personally think shes lying it only matters what the investigators believe congress cant enforce their own views into a hearing)

IMO...Hillary Clinton gets tougher each time they come at her with new bat crap crazy conspiracies. I even believe that she ran and will become POTUS just to spite them and in spite of them. They created her indignance and fortitude and the are too stupid to realize it.

The difference is that the MSM was able to distort Bill's redhanded perjury into a lie narrative of mere infidelity, "all this over a BJ?" (which their drool cup voting blocs lapped right up and repeat dutifully to this day) whereas there is no convenient deflection in the instant case. I do not know enough yet to know whether Hillary lied under oath, but if she did, she will find herself in a stickier wicket than Bill.

She is a tough, intelligent and focused person.
When I see Trump, I see jello.
Hell, even Newt would have been a better choice to run for potus

I guess this is what happens when a party realizes it can't win on the issues. They've been doing it for over 20 years now. It's nauseating.

***Yeah. It's what the Republicans are famous for***. Wasting time and taxpayer's money playing dirty politics. And all for what? The really sad part is, that their dumb ass 'sheep' eat that s**t up like candy instead of holding them accountable for that waste.

Pick a running mate that is worse but unimpeachable. If Nixon had been able to keep Agnew as VP the investigation would have stopped with some private compromise.

Yeah, it would be a waste of time and energy if Hillary and the leftness can come up with the miracle.

Chuck Todd: FBI Indicted Clinton On Her Judgment To Be President–And Trump Is Botching This Opportunity

FBI Director James Comey infuriated conservatives with his decision not to bring charges against Hillary Clinton concerning the allegation that she mishandled classified information regarding her email use. At the same time, he noted that she and her team were “extremely careless” in safeguarding sensitive materials, and that the security culture at the State Department is appallingly lax. So, the bad news is that there was no Clinton indictment. Attorney General Loretta Lynch made the final call last night. Yet, Comey did most of the work regarding formatting an attack ad for Republicans. Still, Donald Trump has yet to push out an ad with key—and damning excerpts—from Comey’s briefing that shows Clinton is a liar. This is an ICBM strike in his “crooked Hillary” offensive and he’s not pouncing on the opportunity.

The lack of ads is something that MSNBC’s Chuck Todd said any other presidential candidate running against her would already have on the air. Moreover, he added that there may not have been an actual indictment, but Comey did indict her on her judgment and her ability to keep a tight lid on state secrets. That seems like a key qualification to be president. And it’s something that Trump has said on the stump, which is that the former first lady is unqualified to be president due to her poor judgment. What’s the hold up?.....snip~

    http://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattves...unity-n2189269

Although, Todd was wrong with Trump not putting out an ad. Before Comeys Press Conference and yesterdays hearing. Trump has released his 2nd Video on Hillary and her Legendary Lies. The Video he released was on her statements over emails and Classified emails.

Trump even has up a website.....Lying Crooked Hillary.Com

Of course I don't blame Chuck....usually he is keeping an eye out for whats going on politically with ALL issues and Parties. Not just the Repubs. Or presidential candidates.
