Most people thought it was a circus and the voters rewarded the GOP with a solid thumping in the 1998 mid term elections. After which, Newt Gingrich was forced to resign (just about the time we learned that he was doing exactly the same thing he was accusing Clinton of doing).

Right, the focus is on Republicans. Meanwhile the Presidential candidate is corrupt criminal excited to have her hands on the nuclear codes.

Democrats are so naïve. They just hate Repubs so much they don't give a (*)(*)(*)(*) who they elect. This is 100% proof.

I completely agree although a successful impeachment is easier said than done. But unfortunately, Bill Clinton started this country down a road of political corruption we may never recover from. Banana Republic here we come.

On impeachment, if the vast majority of Americans do not want it, it won't happen. With all the baggage Hillary has, she shouldn't be within 10 points of any Republican nominee let alone 5 points ahead. When the Republicans nominated Trump, they told the American people they were more interested in making a statement than winning any election in November. The GOP barring some miracle or some major unforeseen event that affects the political situation handed the presidency to Hillary Clinton on a platter when they made Trump their nominee.

It's that simple. The Republicans choose the only nominee that could lose to Hillary. If she wins, I blame those Republicans. It's not that they hadn't been told, in poll after poll other Republican nominees were beating Clinton. In poll after poll only Trump was constantly losing to her. So in their ultimate wisdom, they decided on making a statement. Because of that statement we will have to live with Hillary Clinton as president for at least the next 4 years. How dumb can you be?

There is the world of political reality, then those who refuse to acknowledge it. Any numbers guy could easily see the outcome of a Trump nomination. Then there were those blinded by his persona, not necessarily political ideology or philosophy as I am not sure he has any.

The truth is that Gingrich also runs bogus campaigns to sell books just as Trump is in this for all the free publicity that the MSM has given him. I never watched his reality show so I was not forced to look at his boring mug 24/7 as I am now. I avoid most media at this point so as not be inundated with images of him along with his dumbass attention getting comments. He's a con artist and this presidential race is one of the biggest, if not the biggest cons he has ever pulled off. Hillary is a shoe-in and any lucid thinking person knows this.

I do find it interesting how Trump with no full campaign in bloom, and running some tweets, and getting some free air time. Has been able to catch up to Hillary and or pass her up.

That he has done so without the full GOP behind him and all the attack machine going. Without all the big money rolling in and now gets to use the MS Media in going after Hillary's Judgement and gets to play with her destroyed credibility by the FBI.

I haven't been able to recall any Repub presidential candidate ever being able to keep up with out a real ground game.

Oh and for Hillary.....its not what should be asked if she and the Democrats win. But what will take place with her, once Trump and the Repubs win. That which will come her way.

That is the difference in living in a world of political reality vs. one of fantasy. Unless the majority of Americans want impeachment, it is not going to happen. The American public must be behind it or your just peeing in the wind. Without the support of America, you are going against their, the people wishes regardless of how you view it being right or wrong. In politics, it is all about perception.

You have been demoralized by the Clintons success in evading capture and they have you right where they want you. We are in a war in this country of good vs evil and evil has the upper hand right now but that just means good has to fight harder than ever. Throwing in the towel is not an option.

Dirty Hillary will be in for a bumpy ride no matter happens. The Clinton crime family cannot be allowed to continue and efforts are underway to make sure that justice is finally served. If she is so unfortunate as to actually with the presidency, impeachment will be the least of her problems. ohh Yeahhh....

Politics is the art of the possible. Impeachment is a form of politics. Those who are successful realize what is possible and what is not in that battle between the art of the possible and what is totally a political fantasy. Reality states that at least a majority of Americans must be in favor of impeachment, probably closer to 60% or higher to get those party partisans to go along with it. It took 2 years for America to come around where they would approve of the impeachment of Nixon and once the public as a whole was in favor of it, Republican senators started to bow to the wishes of America. Nixon resigned.

Whether it is Bill or Hillary, there is no difference in what is needed to make impeachment a political reality instead of a political fantasy. That is around 60% of all Americans agreeing with impeachment. Not just one political party which makes up approximately 27% of the electorate. It must include most independents and some Democrats or it is a no go from the start.

Gingrich and Trump make a great pair. They're both con men obsessed with being in the limelight.

No doubt they are con men. Almost as bad as Hillary the criminal Clinton. All of them should be completely removed from any situation that can remotely be considered public office. I 100% agree. We need candidates that are not idiots and criminals.

Somebody should start keeping up with the news. There are people who will believe all sorts of nonsense that they read on a web site and it reinforces their prejudices.

The FBI has concluded its investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server and stated that she did nothing illegal. In other words, the FBI disagrees strongly with the mishmash in the original post. To be impeached, a president has to commit "high crimes or misdemeanors." The FBI said that Hillary Clinton's private email service violated State Department policy, but that it wasn't a crime? No crime, no impeachment, no matter what the original poster and some third-rate website claim.

Now, if you want to talk grounds for impeachment, you should take a closer look at Donald Trump. However, as he will not be elected, I suppose there is no sense in wasting time by airing his dirty laundry.

Was there a time when Donald Trump's screaming and name-calling wasn't annoying except to those whose cognitive limitation causes them to begin to believe things that they hear over and over umpteen dozen times?

Never shy about shining the spotlight on herself, Hillary Clinton likes to jog with the press, trampoline with kids, jump rope with contributors, and hop up & down in front of the windows at Denny's restaurants until she flops out of her halter top.

Gingrich has thrown his hat into every POTUS race for the past I don't know how many years. His campaigns are never seriously orchestrated and there is always a book that he is pimping that coincides with these elections. Huckabee has also used this scam and this year Ben Carson jumped on that bandwagon.

It's going to be very tough if the republicans lose control of one or both houses of congress in the fall elections. If they keep the house of representatives and get enough votes, they could "impeach" the president, but if they don't have the Senate, it goes no further.

The republicans have numerous seats up for grabs and as of now I'm not sure how many of them they will be able to keep. We shall see I guess.

The FBI did not investigate the perjury which their findings proved. That was not part of their mandate but now it is.

    LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

That is precisely the same garbage right wingers said about President Obama.
Seven and one half years later we are still waiting for those impeachment proceedings to commence.

As happened during the Obama campaign, the hate filled and anti-American right wingers dreamed up a thousands lies and innuendo about the Democrat candidate only to lose out in the end. The result: the USA won by not electing a Republican.

Oh by the way, what ever happened to your Romney "landslide" win??? :roflol:

The problem is that she has lost the trust of most of those who work with classified materials. They know the rules, and are outraged that she wasn't even slapped on the wrist for them.
