If the Fed is audited, what might we find that they are doing which would be bad?

Did you read the horse(*)(*)(*)(*) you posted? It reads like a corporate elitists manual for cronyism excellence. Manipulation of markets, selective loaning practices, insider trading, no bid contracts, and basically advise from the auditors on what needs to be done next time to cover their tracks better than they already have been. And a seal of approval from the auditors for blatantly doing everything that should be raising red flags and encourage better accountability, sounds more like an organized criminal enterprise being taught how to continue to lie, cheat, and steal, but filing the right paperwork to do it.

I've never heard of an audit where the auditor discovers improprieties and makes excuses for the entity being audited behavior, and even taking it to the level of helping them cover up the, what should be in the least considered organized criminal activity. You want to know why the country is in such a mess financially and economically you do not have to look any further than the feds and their manipulative enterprise to assure the banking industry benefits whether the rest of the country goes belly up or not. That wasn't an audit it was prison yard class on how to continue a profitable criminal enterprise through cronyism capitalism, by cooking the books and how to beat an audit 101 lesson plan, without the prison yard.

    What a (*)(*)(*)(*)ing joke!

You conveniently left out what else they don't disclose:

    http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCODE-2011-title31/html/USCODE-2011-title31-subtitleI-chap7.htm

    Who cares?

    No there isn't.

No one cares about your opinion.

What "ludicrous propaganda" are you referring to?

No, he lost because he wasn't overwhelmingly backed by the super rich like Obama and Romney were.

If by monetary management science you mean doing things that would be considered unethical criminal activity and put a regular Joe like you or I in prison, but not a banker/public official, then yes it is government approved criminal manipulation that is not acceptable. That is why the country is in the shape it is.

Deregulation of the banks and cronyism protectionism is the key to our problems. Figuring out how to keep the good times rolling for the rich elites is unethical, and isn't going to solve a damn thing.

I read what Iriemon asked me too. What I read was you cheated, lied, and misused funds, but it wasn't that bad, so we forgive you, but next time file a form 2785432-4D, and where it says did you lie, cheat, or steal on any of your accounting paperwork, just write "NO", just like this "NO", and only like this "NO", and we will have no choice but to accept your word for it (wink, wink). After all you are the government, or a representative of the government, and the government would never lie to us or even be held accountable if they did. That is all, keep them checks coming, and we will see you next year. Here's a lollipop.

Save the name calling and explain to me why they are allowed to lie, cheat, and steal, but prisons are full of the underprivileged who do or try and get away with the exact same thing, but can't?

The evidence should be in the link Iriemon provided, unless 'evident but not serious enough to be concerned', is the new legal term for not guilty of anything by reason of cronyism protectionism.

You are being ridiculous. The money manipulation scams being pulled off by these bankers to line their pockets with government approval is considered SOP, with you? Honestly? It's no wonder this country is going to hell in a hand basket.

    Good point.

    Your statement:

But you now say you did not say that she supports corruption in government.

    Bizarre.

Quote and cite my post you claim was a fabrication.

    that's sheer stupidity

you don't present any evidence to support your claim

then you have the audacity to say the evidence should be in a link that someone provided

then you should have no problem producing valid evidence, let's see it

    you wrote:

I already told you where to look, you simply ignore reality, and spout more of your protectionism BS. The unethical practices they were recognized for in the audit by the auditors, illegal as they are, were not illegal enough to hold the individuals in charge accountable. This is why a full audit and an investigation needs to be done, but it won't do any good since no federal prosecutor will be allowed to hold them accountable. That "IS" the problem.

Don't bother replying unless you read the source I referred you too, and answer the questions I asked you. Kay?

Do you remember the fellow they called "The Teflon Don"?

They finally busted Al Capone on charges of tax evasion, but does that mean he never committed any other crimes.

The only people who want to defend the Money Changers are those who think they benefit from the system it supports.

what a supremely idiotic question that is

you're talking about ancient history from a legal point of view

and notice how both the examples you gave were sent to prison

gotti died there and capone was practically a vegetable upon release

not to mention, both of them were fighting against the feds and certainly

were not related to federal reserve bankers other than possibly wanting to rob them

first of all i'm not defending any money changers

and second, are you kidding, you're making a biblical reference?

that's really funny coming from you, considering you can't seem to produce any evidence to support your claim

It was your link. Did you read it?

    This is what I read;

Manipulation of markets, selective loaning practices, insider trading, no bid contracts, and basically advise from the auditors on what needs to be done next time to cover their tracks better than they already have been.

First two pages. It's SOP with these guys, no big deal. How did you miss it?

I'm not sure which link of mine you are referring to as I don't recall reading that.

Can you identify the specific link and page number you got that quote from, please?

And please quote the sections that say what you claimed. Thank you.

But several of those things are certainly not criminal. The Fed manipulates interest rates because it is congressionally mandated and empowered to do that. It like everyone else in the word has criteria for selection as to who can get loans.

I'm not aware of any insider trading. As far as no bid contracts, it may do that to a degree as to most if not all other Govt agencies to a degree.

How is any of that criminal?

    The GAO Fed Investigation.

If the fed was a mom and pop operation they would be out of business, all their personal assets would be frozen, the bank would own their property by now, and they would be negotiating for a shorter prison sentence, but since it is the fed, all is as it should be. Business as usual, SOP.
