If this were a group of WHITE men...

Due to PC politics, and narratives propagated by left leaning pundits, media, activist, and politicians, you probably haven't seen the video posted below. However, reverse the races and you'd likely have a hard time not stumbling across this video.

It's pretty amazing how videos like this are practically swept under the rug. Could you imagine the outrage if a group of white males stood on a busy sidewalk yelling racial abuse at non-whites, and as a added bonus, harassing members of the LGBQT (et al) community? Also, this group of black men appear to use religion as a justification of their views. It's like the holy trinity of things the left claims to be offended by; racism, bigotry, and religion, yet in this case, the spark failed to ignite a flame of nationwide outrage.

So nobody of the left leaning persuasion cares to refute my opinion that this video would create a totally different reaction if the races were reversed? Good to know. I guess I shouldn't hold my breath for fiery diatribes condemning racism, bigotry, and knuckle dragging religious beliefs.

Really? You're making quite a leap, so much of a leap that I'm incline to believe that you didn't watch the video. If you did watch the video, please feel free to elaborate upon how my opinion is 'just as ignorant and hateful' as that which is displayed in the linked video.

 

Fast forwarding thru your wonderful video, I noticed the theology of this group of "Christians" seemed quite muddled. I don't remeber anything in the Bible about a large Black man lifting a car over his head. I also do not agree with their treatise on Blacks' rights to enslave Whites.

These young men are even less endearing that the group of robed and camoflaged Blacks in Washington DC we saw a few years ago outside the subway. They were at least not individualy harrassing people walking by.

I did watch the video. In liberal Portland Oregon there is a group who goes around with a similar message. They are nuts.

But then the OP isn't really about the nuts in the video, is it? It is an attempt to discredit those on the left. The behavior in the video has nothing to do with the left and your attempt to say it does does little more than expose your ignorance. Or maybe it's just your hate.

 

This thread absolutely is about the individuals featured in the video. And as made apparent in the OP, I'm also calling out the left with their double standards.

Would you like to officially claim that if the races were reversed, the linked video would remain just as obscure as it is now? Your explanation, or proof, would be interesting to observe.

There are plenty of videos on YouTube and Live Leak of white racists saying racist things that are not national news. Your premise is demonstrably false.

 

There is no double standard. I'm as liberal as they get and I'll tell you that the men in the video are idiots. Your ignorance comes in that you have deluded yourself into thinking that those (S)(H)(I)(T) holes in the video are somehow linked with those on the left.

 

Find an equivalent, a demonstrable equivalent. Once you think you've found one, I'll be sure to demonstrate how it's not at all comparable, and how desperate you are to pretend that all things are equal. Go ahead, I'll be up for another hour at least. But even then, I'll be back later.

 

I can't recall the last time I was truly offended by something or someone. I also didn't bother to watch the video. What I do notice on political threads is the tendency for people to concoct hypothetical "if/would/could/should" scenarios and portray them as fact in an attempt to validate their agendas. 'Would, could, should', in the history of mankind has never occurred. Not once.

Racially, there's a lot of nasty stuff going on out there. Both sides are to blame. Blacks have been telling us for decades about selective abuse by police and we paid no attention. Now, with video evidence all around us, we are apparently finding they were right all along. Shame on us. Now, we are seeing tragic backlash and this BLM movement seems to favor that. Shame on them. And worse.

But to enflame things by concocting a reverse scenario just to (*)(*)(*)(*) people off that much more does no good. This too, will pass, much like the unrest of the 60s. Hopefully, we can learn something and move forward on this race thing.

 

Or, you could to post a video of white men doing the same thing that became national news, to support your claim.

I have no memory of such a thing. Do you? I got the impression from your previous post that you could produce evidence of an equivalent scenario.

This is common attitude among the left. We've been saying this for years. The left is all for this. Leftist watch this video and cheer. I heard them after Indians and Asians too. This is what happens when racism is allowed to run un-checked. When will the leftist start calling out "real" racism rather then just trying to incite racial violence?

 

If the races were reversed I'd still have the same opinion. I guess you are just going to have to settle with your ignorant one sided argument in you own little made up world.

 

First, they must accept that racism is a two way street, and that traffic is actually heavier in the lane they're not concerned about.

 

Thats why they watch this video and cheer. They are getting the racial violence they've been craving.
