No we needed Newt Gingrich. But the people didn't vote for him so we got Romney. Romney is better than Obama. You got to deal with what is realistically possible.

Well, I see some appeals to popular opinion. I see some untenable assumptions about what would be the case if we didn't have massive government and an unlearnable labyrinth of regulations. I see the usual ad hominem attacks, of course. Why should I expect rational adults to make an argument without them? I see some appeals to outright falsehoods, such as the idea that there would be no roads without the income tax, and the idea that most Americans want the war on drugs, when in fact 65% oppose it. I see plenty of non-sequiters. I see some straw man arguments.

What I don't see is any republican presenting a rational argument. Explain to me how a party, that is supposed to be the conservative opposition to the Democrat party, and yet must run a liberal to have a chance at winning an election, is relevant. If you call yourself a conservative and you find yourself arguing against traditional conservative principals it may be time to reassess your position.

From you own source, they say it has been "a failure", where is the poll saying that we should end it?

Thinking the drug war is failing is not the same sentiment as beleiving it should be ended. Please show me the poll that asks the question:

"Do you beleive that the "War on Drugs" should be ended?" and give me the results.

    Further more..

show me a poll where the majority of Americans beleive that ending "The war on drugs" is the equivalent of legalization of hard drugs like Heroin, Cocaine and Methamphetimine.

Please show me these opinion polls where a majority of Americans favor the legalization of hard drugs. I'd love to see it.

your BS poll asked a BS question that was loaded and could be interpreted in any way, shape or form and does not in any way provide an opinion towards any specific drug policy whatsoever.

Most Americans are not going to support the legalization of heroin, cocaine and methamphetimine. Anyone who thinks they do is absolutely bonkers.

As far as an appeal to the majority, so what? WTF cares? We live in a Democratic society and I'm not here to debate pros/cons. I give the actual facts on the ground and those are the only facts that matter. The theoretical pros/cons are absolutely irrelevant. No one cares.

I'm not gonna go digging for polls. Why don't you source one of your claims for a change. You're the one who brought up the popular opinion in the first place, and as I said, it's logically fallacious anyway. Look, I am an anti-statist, and I make no apologies for that. But that's not what I'm arguing for here. Ending the war on drugs just means getting the federal government out of the drug issue. It doesn't follow, from that, that all drugs would be legal. Each State would decide what it wants to do.

well he isnt quite as evil and corrupt.I did not think anybody could possibly be worse than Bush but Obama has taken it to a new level expanding what he got started.Romney will do the same.not because he is worse but every president that gets in office is a willing puppet for the establishment here to serve wall street and not us and does not believe in the constituion our forefathers faught for.

So its not that Romney is better than obama its just things will be worse with him in office because every president that gets in,the establihment wants to further their agenda so if the next president, their puppet, does what they tell them to do cause they want to stay alive so they end up being more corrupt and more evil than the previous one.I have seen some people say they want Bush back even though he had the lowest approval rating of any president ever.lol.

I'll vote Republican because I'm terrified Obama might get 4 more years to ruin this country.
I'm not so scared of Romney. maybe because he's a capitalist.

And I've asked him multiple times to clarify who he is voting for but he always evades the question, so going off the only indication he has given, the only logical conclusion is that he is supporting Obama.

only problem is if you go back to almost the last 50 years and look at all the presidents we have had SINCE then,EVERYONE of them since JFK,our last REAL president we had who wasnt a puppet for the establishment, with the exception of carter,Ford was worse for pardoning that bastard,Hitlers twin brother "Dick" Nixon. He is worse than Nixon for letting a mass murderer criminal like that go free to roam the streets.Everyone of them excpet Carter has been worse than the previous one and thats because they are willing puppets of the establishment there to serve them and not us.If they buck the system, they end up like Kennedy who was stepping on some very powerful toes and paid the price for it.

Romney is part of the new world order agenda and each time a new one gets in,they speed up their agenda and their willing puppet bows down to them and serves them like he is told cause he wants to stay alive.

When they get THAT high up,they have been compromised and will do their bidding no matter what the autrocity they tell them to which is why the MSM slanders and ignores Paul cause he wants nothing to do with their agenda.

Look at the original poster's forum name....the person should be in a mental hospital, not posting on a forum. Threads like this should be in the conspiracy section.

1, Ron Paul is a republican

    2. Fraudward isn't going to vote for him. He'll be pulling the lever for Obama, but for now I guess it's fun for him to pretend.

I'm not here to rile anyone up. I'm here to tell the truth. If anyone gets riled up in the process, that is incidental.
