The cons are at fever pitch these days since their great white hope got whipped again by Obama, so you may find the extremist filth that passes for right-wing political discussion to be too enervating to take in anything but tiny doses. The chicken little mentality is alive and kicking among the right but they don't realize how petty and immature they sound with all of the hysterics.
Luckily, some repubs have had enough of the idiot right and are starting to throw them under the bus before they destroy the conservative movement completely.
On immigration, on the debt ceiling, and right on down the line, they are having to accept that the voters rejected their extremist, intolerant ideology and that they better learn how to appeal to all Americans if they ever hope to win another national election.
Romney did the right very serious damage with his 47% nonsense.
