And I agree with former US Attorney McCarthy's opinion here. Never such a dereliction of duty endangering our country. Biden refuses to address the problem. His VP should be impeached along side him for her role as the "Border Czar"

Impeach Biden over the Security Catastrophe He’s Caused at the Border
The president’s dereliction of duty has created a crisis. Congress must either impeach him or fix it.

President Biden should be impeached by the incoming House Republican majority over his ongoing destruction of the southern border.

Yes, I know, the votes for a conviction are not there at the moment, and probably won’t ever be: The Constitution requires a two-thirds Senate supermajority to convict and remove an elected official from office, and Biden’s Democratic Party will hold a two-seat majority in the upper chamber for the next two years.

Yet there must be an impeachment investigation and, if Biden fails to change course, articles of impeachment. That would forever stain him, which he deserves; more significantly, it would force the Senate to shut down other business and conduct a trial that would expose the depth of our security catastrophe and the fact that Democrats have willfully caused it.....

If Dirtbag Merrick Garland frivolously indicts Trump, he may need to be impeached first - given his misuse of terrorism powers against school board parents.

Biden will need to be impeached over his failure to fulfill his oath of office to defend the United States against invasion and for bribery.

The list of impeachments is long; Biden, Harris, Mayorkas, Garland and Schiff. The evidence of their wrong doing is in plain sight.

    I respectively disagree....
The Afghanistan withdraw was an impeachable offense.... Leaving Americans behind enemy lines is an impeachable offense...When Biden abandoned the Bagram airbase which resulted in the release of 5000 terrorist back into the world, with one traveling to Kabul to kill 13 service folks and 170 innocent civilians, that is an impeachable offense... when Biden aiding and abetting our enemies by supplying them with the US most sophisticated weapons making the US the number one state sponsor of terror, that is an impeachable offense..
any or all is an impeachable offense.. but that is just my two cents worth...

Earlier today I saw a story where DHS quietly released a memo saying the religion of peace is planning to attack America using aircraft. They're coming across the border because they know we can't stop all of them and now this.

I think impeachment should have been on the table for most presidents since Eisenhower. I except Bush Sr, Ford and Carter.

    ff 1:15 and listen.......
In the first Democratic primary debate, Biden says when he’s president, illegal immigrants should “immediately surge to the border”
His words... not the Republicans in Congress.

I think the next GOP president should be impeached for not fixing the US gun violence problem.

Back to your topic, though: You guys just don't have a valid ground for a Biden revenge impeachment, so you have to make one up.

Good point. No other advanced nation would tolerate the obscene level of wanton carnage.

Republicans are currently negotiating who their Speaker will be:

    giphy.gif
If they ever get over that formidable hurdle, a plethora of hyper-partisan vendettas will ensue and vie for primacy.

If the President is suspected of hiding top secret documents in his basement in Delaware, or inciting goons to attack Congress among other attempts to subvert a democratic election, those are among the indictable offenses they should pounce upon. (They have indicated that they view the POTUS as a doddering criminal mastermind, of course.)

Given their vengeful agenda, there appears to be little danger of their legislating in the national interest.

Fortunately, much was accomplished in the 117th Congress, and infrastructural renewal, gun control, environmental safeguards, and a program to boost domestic research and manufacturing of semiconductors in the United States are among the advances underway.

They may wish to focus upon the President's tax returns in which he contrived to appear as an ordinary patriotic American. Uncovering where he stashed billions in ill-gotten gains is imperative. Maybe they could target a relative.

Public tax returns for the sitting president again became normal when President Joe Biden took office in 2021. Biden has released more than 20 years of federal tax returns that are available for public viewing at various places online, including returns for his years as vice president from 2009 to 2017 under then-President Barack Obama and for the two years he served as President.

When Trump and Biden's federal tax returns from 2015 to 2020 are shared side by side, Biden paid $4.1 million more in taxes than Trump did. The records show a stark contrast between Biden's and Trump's tax returns...

The latest increase in illegal immigration that began in the last months of the previous regime underscores the enduring necessity of Comprehensive Immigration Reform. The 118th Congress of the United States should dedicate itself to that glaring need that politicians have avoided for decades.

Of course, increases and decreases in illegal (and legal) immigration are primarily due to external factors.

Tony Payan, director of the Center for the United States and Mexico at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy, wrote. “The patterns of migration do not seem to correlate to any specific U.S. immigration policy. The numbers seem to go up and down on a logic of their own.” People leave their home countries for reasons other than U.S. policy, such as deteriorating economic, political or public safety conditions.

Apprehensions on the southwest border peaked in 2000 at 1.64 million and have generally declined since, with some fluctuations. In 2017, apprehensions hit the lowest level since 1972, but they spiked in fiscal year 2019 at 851,508 and fell back down to 400,651 in fiscal 2020.

Apprehensions had plummeted to 16,182 in April 2020, as the coronavirus pandemic and economic shutdowns gripped both the U.S. and Mexico. But then, apprehensions started ticking up again, increasing noticeably in late summer and fall. By October, 69,022 people were apprehended on the southwest border, up 79% from July.

When was the last time a President didn't have a serious problem at the border? Some have handled it better than others, but no one has solved it.

It is a perennial problem that ebbs and surges, and that is primarily determined by external forces.

Enacting desperately needed Comprehensive Immigration Reform would disarm hyper-partisans hellbent upon blaming the "other."

that's not an impeachable offense. And if you ever looked at the history of what should constitute an impeachment, malfeasance is not among them. Keep in mind, Title 42 is still in play per the courts. And there is really nothing that can be done if someone wants to "sneak" into the country,. We have 25k border patrol agents on the southern border alone. Some are coming here for asylum. Some are coming here for better economic opportunity, and a few are coming for nefarious reasons. And our southern border has been porous since 1873 when we created the "inadmissible alien" category.

You can't impeach people just because you don't like their policies. That's what elections are for.

There is valid grounds. The one stated you quoted. And when it is discovered that Biden profited off of his office and used it for his kids to profit it will be another impeachable offense.

Oh it is but then the Dems lowered the bar even lower. Malfeasance under the language used in the Constitution is misdemeanor, misbehavior, in office. Failure to carry out his oath and duty to protect our borders and the country from invasion.

We all know about the excuses for Biden's failure let's have the impeachment hearings and he can defend it your attempts to marginalize the disaster that is ongoing notwithstanding.

You can because they fail to carry out their sworn duty and oath of office. The Dems weaponized impeachment, now you get to deal with it.
