    Are people in Brazil and other Latin American countries less deserving than others? Shouldn't we worry about them?
    You don't even live in the U.S., do you, Bowerbird?

    Let's talk about the GLOBAL issue (mostly confined to the Latin American part of the world) of butt implants gone wrong.

    Deflection and I am betting you STILL have not watched the video in the OP. You certainly have not addressed the point of what should be done to regulate these clinics

    Well, at least you certainly haven't made clear precisely what the regulatory problem is.
    Other than just seeming to call out for "more regulation".
