Masks have been ineffective in preventing the spread - did you not get the memo ?

 

Well, the latest science shows that the vaccines are only 50% effective against Delta and that the vaccinated spread the virus just as much as the unvaccinated do. And, during past mask mandates, cases continued to climb during the mask mandates. To claim otherwise is misinformation.

 

You're the one that said that study after study demonstrates that mask work. Well, the mask didn't work in my case. Who knows, masks may work in some cases, but there is no way of proving that masks work in all cases, or in any cases for that matter-- as I've continually proved here by pointing out my own experience. You still can't show me where science proves that mask wearing will prevent you from getting COVID. You can't show me because its impossible to prove such a thing. Again, the scientific mask I wore didn't prevent me from getting COVID.

 

And, for some reason, you believed that the studies were done on you...

 

The "geniuses" like Fauci, who run things in this country must have carefully listed the compelling reasons for supporting gain of function research.They had better hope the USG can keep those documents secret for a very long time.

I’ve seen good examples of both arguments in here.
I’ve seen the one about boxes of disposable masks with the message “does not protect against covid” and another good example of a spit was landing on someone’s motorcycle face shield instead of their faces.

I wear mine still but clean it often but so what. I’m sure it’s loaded with germs after a few hours.
The other day I dropped my mask on the street in nyc (outside part) and seriously debated for 2 minutes if I should put it back on. (How pathetic of me to even contemplate that), I ended up just pulling my shirt over my mouth and nose and grabbing one from a local CVS.
Unfortunately most of you are getting suckered into the political debate aspect of this.
I’m in NYC for the summer (upper east side with all the “elites”) and I can tell you one thing. Nobody’s CHIN has to worry about catching covid!
