I did check the transcript. President Obama on September 12, 2012 in the Rose Garden:

President Obama on September 13 in Las Vegas:

So are you claiming he was not referring to Benghazi in either quote? Please continue, Scott.

i'm claiming that he didn't say "Benghazi was an act of terror" the day after. I am also claiming that the entire administration continued their narrative of blaming the video "innocence of muslims". that the cia talking points were changed 12 times.

and I am claiming that 0bama and Clinton are filthy corrupt politicians claiming to be from my beloved Chicago.

    Speaking of your whisltleblower

    http://thinkprogress.org/security/2013/05/10/1986251/benghazi-whistleblower-hicks/?mobile=nc

So rather than the heroic guy demoted for speaking out, your whistleblower was in incompetent, pissed off because no-one understood his genius and DARED to demote him, and wanted some revenge. Wow, oldest story in the book.

I guess that leaves you with pretty much no evidence of anything untoward happening here at all, other than Barack Obama actually daring to be president when it happened. Astounding.

No, the CIA talking points were not changed 12 times. Stop lying. The Cutter statements underwent 12 revisions before she went on television. That's pretty much normal in the days after a big event when people are still trying to figure out what happened.. You're grasping at straws, Scott

As for "i'm claiming that he didn't say "Benghazi was an act of terror" the day after. " He did say that. In a speack when he was taling about Bengazi he said "No act of terror will..." Unless you are a guy desperate to make anything out to be bad, thats calling Benghazi an act of terror.

And by the way, Mitt Romney Accused the President of not using the words "act of Terror" and Obama said flatly that he had. You adding on "Benghazi was an" does not make what Romney accused your President of any less of a stupid lie, and you trying to re-write history isn't going to make Obama look any less intelligent or Romney look any less of a fool.

And Clinton Claims to be from Chicago? Interesting. And you are trying to claim everyone else is rattled and panicked.

Saul Alinsky was 22 when Al Capone went to Prison. If you are going to lie, Scott, make it at least believable. And at least spell his name right.

And you can scream about an attention grabbing headline by people who want to manufacture a controversy all you want, but in the article it states flat out that Cutters statements went through 12 revisions before going on air. You know that because I've told that to you several times now. Thats a long way from "talking points" How many revisions did the statements the day before and the day after go through? Probably as many, which means, according to you, the CIA's talking points changed 182,723,2093,872,309,218,372,109,830 times!!

And I'm sorry you are crying your eyes out about your whistleblower, but I warned you.

OK, so was this a fabrication, and a US Ambassador was not killed?

Or are you saying that the killing of a US Ambassador is not a big deal?

Of course it was a big deal that an ambassador died. What is a fabrication is that there is a massive coverup going on, that the Administration's response was somehow intentionally weak, or that the CIA actually set up the attack as some of the kooks have suggested. There was the normal confusion when a tragedy like this occurs. Look at the conflicting and just plain wrong information that came from the coverage of the Boston Marathon bombing in the first days.

PLAYBOY: What did Capone have to say about that?

ALINSKY: Well, my reception was pretty chilly at first -- I went over to the old Lexington Hotel, which was the gang's headquarters, and I hung around the lobby and the restaurant. I'd spot one of the mobsters whose picture I'd seen in the papers and go up to him and say, "I'm Saul Alinsky, I'm studying criminology, do you mind if I hang around with you?" And he'd look me over and say, "Get lost, punk." This happened again and again, and I began to feel I'd never get anywhere. Then one night I was sitting in the restaurant and at the next table was Big Ed Stash, a professional assassin who was the Capone mob's top executioner. He was drinking with a bunch of his pals and he was saying, "Hey, you guys, did I ever tell you about the time I picked up that redhead in Detroit?" and he was cut off by a chorus of moans. "My God," one guy said, "do we have to hear that one again?" I saw Big Ed's face fall; mobsters are very sensitive, you know, very thin-skinned. And I reached over and plucked his sleeve. "Mr. Stash," I said, "I'd love to hear that story." His face lit up. "You would, kid?" He slapped me on the shoulder. "Here, pull up a chair. Now, this broad, see . . ." And that's how it started.

Aww. Poor ScottE. He obciously just parroted a claim by one of his Racist mates and when called on it he cant deliver. AGAIN

lets have a look at the next paragraph

SO! In short there's is precisely zip and nothing about Saul Alinsky being a friend of Al Capone on that page or the next. Capone was obiously on the way to Jail at that time as the paragraph makes clear. In fact the next page it was made clear that while he studied and hung around with them he never did anything illegal himself, and he stopped socializing with them because his study was done he was bored.with it. What he did was the same as the guy mentioned in the book "Freakanomics" who studied the structure of black gangs in New York by hanging around with them.

Not that I particularly like Saul Alinsky anyway. After all the only people that follow his stuff today are right wing (*)(*)(*)(*)heels like Brietbart.

So guess what, just like on Wednesday with your whislteblower, your 12 changes of talking points that wasn't, and all the other crap you have flung at the wall, you have struck out on anything actually scandalous.

Whistleblower. Wednesday. Whistleblower. Wednesday. Can you even bear to look at the words :D

It's particularly insane that they think this will make a difference for Clinton's run in 2016, or that this will gain support from anyone other than the fringe nutburgers that are already their committed base. The vast bulk of the American people are not participants in the frothing outrage factory that has replaced the thoughtful conservatism of Barry Goldwater (whose son gave me my appointment to West Point).

What a sad state American conservatism is in.

i'll make sure people remember. I met barry goldwater jr. at the Houston west loop marriot in 1979. he was a U.S.congressman, I liked him a lot.

nobody gave you an appointment to west point frank, you earned it, just like my dad did. and while I would still love to know why you decided to get out as a captain, i'm sure you will never tell me.

and again, despite our constant discord, I do respect and appreciate your service to our great country. that may sound odd coming from me, but that's the way I feel, no one can ever take that away from you.

conservatism will find it's way back. perhaps in spite of or because of the democrat party we have now.

Well hey, its a lot more accurate than saying that Saul Alinsky was Al Capone's friend. :D

And weren't you boasting that you had scared off all the obots a week or so ago? Somehow they don't seem very scared of you, do they?

remember, you guys brought that upon yourselves. :roflol:

The savage stopped fifteen yards away and uttered his cry. Perhaps he can hear my heart over the noises of the fire. Don't scream. Get ready. The savage moved forward so that you could only see him from the waist down. That was the butt of his spear. Now you could see him from the knee down. Don't scream. A herd of pigs came squealing out of the greenery behind the savage and rushed away into the forest. Birds were screaming, mice shrieking, and a little hopping thing came under the mat and cowered. Five yards away the savage stopped, standing right by the thicket, and cried out. Ralph drew his feet up and crouched. The stake was in his hands, the stake sharpened at both ends, the stake that vibrated so wildly, that grew long, short, light, heavy, light again. The ululation spread from shore to shore. The savage knelt down by the edge of the thicket, and there were lights flickering in the forest behind him.

what are their names ?? the unnamed republicans ??

    and really rc Rachel
    maddow ??

sounds like harry reid accusing Romney for tax dodging from the floor of the senate with an unnamed source, my first thought was, wouldn't the IRS know that... word on the street dingy harry ?? just before the general election ?? class act.

    davig korn.PNG , mother jones ??

however, if they lied to make a political score, they too should be treated/investigated in exactly in the same way as anyone else.. what is fair for one side is fair for the other.

more work for the courts ?? will this ever end.

Given what we now know, congressional Republicans saw all of these materials in March, couldn't find anything controversial, and moved on. But last week, desperate to manufacture a scandal, unnamed Republicans on Capitol Hill started giving "quotes" from the materials to reporters, making it seem as if the White House made politically motivated edits of Benghazi talking points.
