The only food that made me sick enough to throw up was under-cooked fried eggs. You know, with lots of white runny crap in them. Yuck. I was a little girl, and they (HMFIC's) forced me to eat them. I still eat eggs but they have to be thoroughly cooked. - - - Updated - - - I was born in Tillamook, Oregon. Only real Tillamook butter will do me.
Why would anyone order a damn good steak "well done"? A good side of beef should be at the very least medium rare, charred on the outside, pink on the inside. Hmmmm.
Why? My roommate like cream corn, looks like what's left over from a bad hangover. Creamed spinach I can at least tolerate if spiced up and used as a dip.
Balut is baby duck, 18 days old...a real Filipino delicacy apparently. I would have to be real desperate to try this.
Oh Gawd....thank you for making me gag. The ones I seen were little pink fleshy specs....not....the whole egg. Gag.
There are probably thousands of meatloaf recipes out there. I grew up on Cuban meatloafs, called Pulpetta, which has half beef and pork, and my favorite variation involved a hard boil egg in the middle of the loaf.
I'm getting back into REAL butter...so what is the difference with a Tillamook butter versus a European butter? Saltier, creamier, sweeter?
Creamed spinach added to dip is dip not creamed spinach. I don't like the way cream corn looks, but it tastes fine.
Isn't this extremely subjective? If you don't like eggs then don't eat them.. I will say there is probably plenty of food that has egg in it that you probably do enjoy..
Well, would you please explain how the hell the cook can prepare the chix for cooking if he/she can't use their hands? How do you think the pioneer women did way back when preparing chix? As I explained, I started cooking around 12 and thru out the yrs have fried a ton of chix since my fried chix was one of the 3 kids favorite dinner and none my kids ever got good poisoning and in fact, all 3 are still alive & healthy and still holler for my fried chix.......... I guess I must have done something right while preparing & cooking chix.....I'm guessing it was my clean hands & washing chix b/f anything else.......... I don't eat raw eggs.........
True!! - - - Updated - - - Yes they are. Sad for me - I recently learned of having an allergy to them and cannot eat eggs anymore.
I'm with you. I never buy or eat margarine. The margarine/butter thing is why I scoff loudly and clearly at the CDC. First the fools said margarine was better than butter. Then then did a 180. Stupid fools. I disregard anything and everything they say.
The CDC said margarine was better than the real thing? Something so artificial and full of unhealthy crap that not even the bugs would eat it? Then they change their mind.....wow! I see what you mean.... I don't have much faith in FDA either. It's just all about $$$$....
Most of the eggs we eat are not fertilized, as most hens are not allowed near roosters. Not fertilized means something different than infertile, BTW. http://www.chowhound.com/food-news/...nce-between-fertilized-and-unfertilized-eggs/
