to publish 'position papers' with a standard list of questions? Is it too much to ask them, say by the end of September, who their appointees are going to be?
cabinet appointees are fairly irrelevant. Their main job is to rely the orders of the president. There are rare ocassions when an appointee has to make a quick independent decision but that does not happen often.
I think had we known 43's appointments, we would have known which direction he wanted to take the country. I am talking about first level staff appointments, too.
