It's a phobia due to the reaction of some straight people have to gays but don't have the same revulsion for straight people 'sinning' and blaming gays for societies ills although gays are at most 10% of the population.

The simple answer is No. That said laws should not be based on religion but on equality and justice under the law, meaning equal rights for all under the law.

I do have a rational argument. Two men together is not meant to be based on the biology. If it were so two men or two women would be able to produce offspring naturally. They can't. It is abnormal. There you go. Very rational.

Maybe you missed it but heterosexuals have recreational sex and that's what led to the Pill almost sixty years ago.

I did not use the old recreational sex argument I used the gay sex does not result in offspring argument thus it is abnormal.

 

There are heterosexuals who enter marriage with no plans to procreate. Men marry women who have gone through menopause. There are heterosexual marriages where there are no offspring due to fertility issues. Finally there are those couples who use birth control to determine when they will procreate and how many children they will have.

BTW two people don't have to be married to procreate.

So your procreation argument against gay marriage is still myopic and invalid.

 

Two guys having sex can never ever produce children. It is abnormal.
