303 non-creative vs the imaginary plaintiff
Let me guess, you hoped that would only target the gayz?

I have no issues with gays. I tire of the hysterics SOME of them engage in. I believe consenting adults should be able to do whatever they want. I teach lesbians, free of charge, firearms defense because many of them have been violently victimized. But if someone doesn't want to do the sort of work this plaintiff worried about-so be it. If some baker objects to creating a gay wedding cake-so be it

I tire of SOME blacks screaming racism or blaming whites for things like black on black crime, or the fact that a third of black males have felony records. and I tired of seeing blacks with weak study habits getting into top graduate schools ahead of whites and Asians with much better scores and much more effort. I know-at least when I was in school, affirmative action didn't help relations between blacks and those who were victimized by affirmative action.

You are looking at a minute, tiny group of political zealots on this board on both sides. In my lifetime I have only met one of them who made a misery for me out of a golf outing. White supremacists are actually quite rare.

I have met both white racists and black racists in my lifetime, but I admit, it's been rare in real life to see either

“White privilege” is a ridiculous term. A White person can be a total failure, even when they have money. My cousin was left with an annual income of $60,000 a year over 40 years ago when that was real money. That didn’t stop him from dealing and taking drugs in Texas at time when getting caught with a joint could get you a long prison term.

His father spent a fortune to keep him out of jail. At one point he got shot for trespassing on someone’s property. The family tried to hide this stuff, but he was into so much crap, they couldn’t keep a lid on it.

I seldom visited him, but one night I was driving home with him just after I graduated from high school. He saw a Jack rabbit along the road and decided to chase it with the car. He ran into a farmer’s field, knocking down the farmer’s crop, chasing after the rabbit. I didn’t know which one was more scared, me or the rabbit. He had no sense of self control.

Finally, he was at a restaurant with his wife and child. He got drunk as a skunk. They refused to ride home him so he drove off by himself. He got in an accident and was killed.

People inflate reality all the time to score political points. No reason to fall for it or to do it.

However, anti white rhetoric is on a much higher podium than anti black rhetoric. I could name laws and policies that prove anti white rhetoric at a political level. There are many people trying to hold whites back based on their skin color.

I just made the comment the other day of how the people I'm around off this board are so unlike the people on here.

You're surprised? This forum attracts political zealots. Few people are political zealots. I'm not. But I find it entertaining just the same.

Democrat Senate Leader told White House Counsel Lee Liberman-and others-that if Bush didn't pick a black nominee to fill "the black seat" vacated by Marshall, the dems would Bork the nomination BTW Thomas admits he was a recipient of AA to get into Yale Law. His college record was better than Hillary's BTW and she was also a major recipient of affirmative action

The term should be bs according to the law,
but the reality is that it's not.

Great, so you agree that Clarence Thomas was the beneficiary of a racist policy?

yeah, and his appointment was due to racist democrat threats. but he's been a very good justice-far better than some with "better" credentials. Souter was a disaster for example. Sotomayor has proven incompetent

Great, so time to scrap of all AA right? No discrimination against anyone, correct?

And no supporting Thomas. No supporting anyone who benefited from AA.

Not sure what you are saying here but it sounds like an insult. Do you not see that people inflate reality for political purposes?

No, AA was legal for a long time. You can support anyone you like that benefited from AA.

Oh, I agree with you. I'm tagging a user that does just that.

He likes to go find his fbi stats to paint all blacks as criminals. That tag wasn't about you.
