The so called Christians that do not believe Jesus is God don't believe Scripture. The first chapter of the book of Revelation clearly states Jesus is God, the First and the Last, the Alpha and Omega.

 

It's no miracle. A human writer collective created the Quran. Editor in chief was Uthman ibn Affan, 3rd caliph of the Muslims, also a normal human being.

It was recited by Muhammad. After he died the people were asked to bring the verses they had written down. Then they chose those most reliable who knew the Qur'an by heart the best and constructed the actual book. So the words were written by other people and again copied by other people, but the words were the ones recited by Muhammad. After all was done the verses written that didn't match what they concluded to be the correct version of the recitation were destroyed.

I'm providing Scripture. The Scripture is very explicit in the first chapter of Revelation that Jesus is God. The Scriptures clearly state that God is three persons, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
