You are way too westernized in an era when western influence is fading. Start to think like a Mongol.

I agree that the U.S. is one of the biggest threats to world peace. But not the biggest thread according to Europeans.

Did you somehow miss the link I posted in post # 53?

No. I just haven't forgotten European hostility to Americans. I like to return the sentiment.

Europeans aren't "hostile to Americans". The majority of them just strongly disagree with foreign policies of the U.S. government. Especially in the ME.

Anyway, is there a particular reason that you keep avoiding to comment on the poll I posted in post #53?

You are entitled to your opinion. The American right is hostile to Europeans, and we constitute half of the country.

I'm not avoiding any thing. European opinion is worthless to us. European good will is worthless to us. America's best option is to simply withdraw from interaction with the nations of the eastern hemisphere, allow a vacuum to be born, and allow conflict to ensue without our participation.

I don't think it did, did it? Perhaps that's the way it was presented, but considering they didn't sign the NPT back in '68, and announced various intentions throughout the '70's an onwards, I don't think there was any real surprise to those who were keeping up.

Things are different on this side, considering NPT membership.

EXACTLY. How do you know that there is a need to attack now?

Kindly expand on this assertion of yours that Iran is a threat to the whole world. I really need to hear this...

America's besty option would be to build a wall around itself and keep away from the rest of the world. We don't need a belligerent, warmongering leviathan stomping around the planet creating conflict and financial misery. Vote for isolationism!

Was it Rumsfeld who sat on the board of some Swiss corporation that sold nuclear parts to Pakistan?? I can't recall the details.

Anybody would laugh at this nonsense, watching US of AIPAC diplomats prostrating themselves at United Nations voting times.

UNESCO certainly looks healthy to me.

Tell us, do you think that Israel will get its plan to attack Iran, or that of its proxy, through the United Nations or will it simply shuck off any superficial responsibilities to civilized behavior and start another war anyway ?

It's suicidal. Nutyahoo has gone nuts.

Attacking Iran would be followed by Irans response PLUS thousands upon thousands of rockets fired into "Israel" by both Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in Gaza. And it is exactly what Assad could use to try and distract the Syrians because you can expect a full on Syrian response. And if Assad is still going out, he has nothing to lose. So he'lll take "Israel" down with him (I think he said that already?).

Hezbollah has over 10 000 rockets. Hamas aswell, plus weapons from Libya. "Israel" couldn't handle Hezbollah, the 2006 War gave IDF "soldiers" nightmares they'll never forget. Islamic Jihad also has better weapons and you could bet they'd respond with Hamas.

Plus I'm sure Turkey and Insha'Allah other countries will have something to say about it.

But it's funny "Israel" was trying to pressure US of AIPAC to do it, now Nutyahoo is trying to pressure his own government.

Iran won't nuke "Israel". They are a very religious regime, right? Well, as long as al-Aqsa is still standing in al-Quds, I think that protects "Israel" from a nuclear strike, which would also probably destroy Palestine, parts of Syria and Lebanon and Egypt as well.

But honestly, these fools are giving Iran more reasons to want nuclear weapons. Not for an offensive reason, but to shut the blabbering, war-mongering Zionist idiots up who keep threatening to attack Iran. If Iran had nukes, "Israel" wouldn't even think about it.

    Salam :)

It certainly has. In the past 40 years, we have seen peace plan after peace plan fail.......while one side threatens the other to erase their existence, wipe them off the map, and refuses to acknowledge their right to exist.

40 years of irreconcilable differences hundreds of meetings, summits, and negotiations. The biggest breakthrough being Anwar Sadat......and he was rewarded by assassination.

No, after 60 years of bellicose threats, belligerent promises, and actual attacks,....... perhaps it is time to take your enemies threats seriously. Take them at their word. Time to believe them. Their crude behavior and lack of respect for human life has been proven countless times on their own people. The Green movement in Iran tried a peaceful and non-violent approach.
The protesters in Syria tried a peaceful and non-violent approach.
The results were all too predictable.

It would be foolish to simply allow them to grow stronger and stronger knowing they are developing a weapon that would be a game changer.

Some on both sides, to be more accurate, unless you feel that Israel is the only one which is expanding illegal settlements.

Sounds like a a continuation of the present cycle.

Israel has 400 nuclear weapons, Iran has zero. Iran hasn't pre-emptively attacked anybody for centuries, Israel has. End of story.

Zulu... Iran funds Hezbollah, Hamas and the al Houthis so they are not blameless in this.. and that little episode to kill Abdel Jubeir was really lowdown..

I fear a clash between the GCC and Israel ..

Prince Nayif has said whatever it takes.

I don't think China and Russia want war in the region.. Iran needs to cool it.
