NO one said what you claim. You simply stop funding them and they look after themselves. If their country does not have a large enough GNP to sustain itself, they have to change their immigration policy (yes, the one that US GOPers talk about all the time), they need to ensure that their people can find work, before allowing more immigrants to enter. I asked for specific idea's on how to deal with the situation and the only answer was to allow the Palistinians back into Israel and hold fair elections. No, it hasn't been tried, the Palestinians who were ethnically cleansed in 48 and 67 have never been allowed back. A Jew from any country in the world can walk into Israel and claim Israeli citizenship but someone who's ancestors lived on that land and worked it for centuries can't. If the United States stopped supporting Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu would likely continue development of the nation's defense capabilities. Our funding and their committment to a strong national defense has made them one of the most tehnolgically advanced nations when it comes to weapons technology. Israel had advanced technology prior to our aid. They have very good engineers and designers. Our aid has had a far more telling effect on their budget. Because we subsidize their defense, they can afford a massive socialist welfare state. Every single Rightwinger who supports giving money to Israel is supporting socialism.

"Selling our technology to the Chinese" is a very inclusive indictment; Example: we might have invented a special kind of salt-shaker which was sold to the Chinese by the Israelis, etc. And, in any specific case, the Israelis probably had the permission of America because it would be ridiculous to assume that Israel would purposefully hurt its greatest benefactor. As to going to a War with us, let's say with the Iranian Islamist Swine, the participation of Israel, a minute country under constant threat by the Islamist Swine .....that would have been counterproductive for at least two all-important reasons: (1) Israel's participation woulda inflamed the situation more than it did good. And, (2) Israel's forces with respect to the daily dangers it faces from the Islamist Swine is more appropriately confined to its borders. Islamist Swine, and/or their braindead apologists know all that. It's obvious that all America's enemies want to do is weaken America, and/or its True Allies.
