Well you can hit your head all you want but that is what you have said on this forum. You believe in the collective punishment of Palestinians including children and rape of women prisoners first because that is what you think people should expect from jail and second as you put it because two Palestinian stores were name Hitler. It is all in this thread.

I have got what you said. There is no need to hurt yourself any more.

Meanwhile the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) in 2015 came out with “Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.” That is what would be acceptable to anyone with any impartiality.

Problem is Dutch, you never like to inform yourself so you end up supporting the rape of women prisoners with a wooden rod and the torture of children - all because there are a couple of shops in Gaza you do not like the name of.

I don't know what Lulz means but you are right that paper just gives the details. I had only glimpsed at it. Better look at the UN one.

I have sympathy for people treated the way the Palestinians have been. Clearly they're venting their frustration over these great injustices any way they can. Having "Hitler" on a store is pretty mild in the grand scheme of things.

Perhaps for some balance, we should do a comparison:

    1) what is the quality of life in the russian gulags? IIRC a man named Solzhenitsyn - who wrongly like millions of other russians - spent decades in them. Do you think the TV and college classes offered in Israeli jails to the terrorists are more appealing than the beatings, mass starvation and torture the russian prisoners received?

    2) how about the quality of food and conditions in prisons across the arab muslim mideast, Turkey and especially - iran? Are there female caroonists like Atena, kept in Evin prison in iran for political reasons, in Israeli jails?

    3) most of the terrorists in those Israeli jails were convicted of trying to murder Israelis, what does russia and most arab countries/iran do to such people when they are caught?

    4) russia murdered millions of German POWs after WW2; the vast majority of captured Germans did not survive the russian prison system despite russia signing the Geneva Conventions.

    5) hamas, hezbollah and others in the region refuse to allow the IRC to visit prisoners/kidnapped Israelis.

    6) syria has mass murdered tens, if not hundreds of thousands, of civilians in its prison gulag system as per testimony and photo evidence, including children.

    7) after china, iran has the second largest political prison gulag system in the world, where those forced in have no rights and are regularly tortured.

    Should I go on?

Many pal arabs have gotten college degrees in Israeli prisons, why don't you tell us the graduation rate of those achieving Bachelor of Science degrees from russian or iranian prisons?

Perhaps the anti-Israeli chorus here can enlighten us on people like Atena and Zahra Kazemi, the latter of which was a Canadian female journalist murdered in an iranian prison.

These are just two shining examples of the warm and inviting iranian prison system, which I might add is actually better than the syrian one lately, where you almost never come out alive from. iran just tortures but doesn't kill EVERYONE, assad's "Hyatt" palaces just murder everyone outright.

So, in response to defense of the Palestinians and criticism of Israel, you bring up Iran and Syria, which are not exactly relevant to the topic at hand and attempt to group all of these "Arab Muslims" together.

Saudi Arabia is no better than Iran where human rights are concerned. Might even be worse. But, oh, they're allies, so we hush up about them.

Here is a link to the Daily harassment the Palestinians are suffering. It is just for one day the 19th April

    https://www.nad.ps/en/violations-reports/daily-report/daily-report-april-19-2017

It is worth remembering that holding of activists in prison was one of the agreements made when the UK convinced Germany and the EU to stop working for a resolution to the conflict but instead to call Hamas 'terrorist' - something which it no longer does, and to allow for a lot of building of new jails to keep political activists in while giving Israel the all clear to use one of the best militarises in the world against mainly civilians. In other words the EU joined the US in, in reality giving the Israelis the green card for Eretz Israel.

    https://www.lrb.co.uk/v33/n05/alastair-crooke/permanent-temporariness

There is no way if this was not the case that Palestinian children would be treated as they are. Picking them up in the dead of night from their homes and refusing to allow them an adult to safeguard them - either parent or lawyer then aggressive interrogation until the child admits to whatever she or he is being accused of or if not still lengthy stay in prison or administrative detention where they will not see their family, this being handed out by a military court,. No one who wanted peace would do this for the simple reason that we know enough about psychology to know that treating children this way does not lead to them wanting to integrate into the country which is doing this to them - Israel But as far as helping a country who wants them to stay antagonistic so that they can claim that is why they torture, kill, imprison and deport them, which is of course what Israel wants as she works to take away what was to have been the Palestinian state, it works very well.

Probably taken a page from the russians , and served them starvation rations in a prison in the far north with no heating system, for starters.

Isn't that how the russians do it?

Or maybe from their their close iranian allies, and tied them up from the ceiling by their arms behind their backs and left them that way for, 2-3 days.

Heard that story. Well, I guess it can be called pesky hooliganism or some sort of unratified political performance..

I say - dоuches deserve a good slap on back of head and to be driven off to homes. Somehow jail administration can deal with hunger strike without involvement of random civilians.

You want to criticise SA, by all means, who's stopping you?

But its rather funny how all these people are railing against Israel - but fail to mention how prisoners are treated elsewhere, but since you mentioned it - let's take a look at prisoners in the PA:

    https://www.hrw.org/news/2010/10/20/west-bank-reports-torture-palestinian-detention

"The Palestinian Authority should promptly investigate the alleged torture of two detainees over the past month in a Jericho prison and ensure that officials responsible for the abuse are prosecuted, Human Rights Watch said today. These two cases are among more than 100 allegations of torture registered so far this year with the Independent Commission for Human Rights (ICHR), the official Palestinian human rights ombudsman, against security services in the West Bank.

Members of the Preventive Security agency, which reports to the minister of interior, arrested Ahmad Salhab, a 42-year-old mechanic from Hebron, on September 19, 2010, and detained him until October 16, first in Hebron and then in Jericho. On October 16, Preventive Security officials transferred him to a hospital in Hebron suffering from injury to previously torn spinal discs and severe mental distress, which he told Human Rights Watch resulted from torture in custody. The second man, M.B., who asked that his name not be used, was arrested September 16 and held first in the Preventive Security detention facility in Hebron and then in Jericho, where, he said, he was tortured for 10 days. Both were accused of having ties to Hamas. The human rights commission said that Salhab's and M.B.'s are the first cases of alleged torture in the Jericho prison.

"The reports of torture by Palestinian security services keep rolling in," said Joe Stork, deputy Middle East director at Human Rights Watch. "President Abbas and Prime Minister Fayyad are well aware of the situation. They need to reverse this rampant impunity and make sure that those responsible are prosecuted.""

Why do you believe in slapping the Palestinians and driving them from their homes?

All I have ever seen you do is type anti Muslim posts. Here however, though I accept you know nothing about it you are touching on the political reason for the protest.

I believe, that when civilian assumes they have right to commit act of torture - even such a pesky one as teasing convicts on hunger strike with cooking meat next to the jail - they deserve to be reminded that all are equal before the law. That not God, not councisness, not anything or anyone gave them right to tortrue people. Any people. In any way. What cannot be undone - should not be done.

The difference between innocent and criminal - is that criminal comitted a crime. And only that. Both are humans, both are equal before the law, and if innocent commits a crime - they become criminal. Even if it was a crime against a criminal. And whoever the people on hunger strike are - NO-BO-DY has right to torture them. Right now - they are in prison, they are paying for the crime, and they are defenceless to the abuse. And torturing them - is a crime.

Ok seems I may have misunderstood you there.

That is not true. There is not equality before the law between Israelis and Palestinians. Palestinians are treated before a military court, even minors. They tend to get far longer sentences and can even be held without trial.

OK, like I said I misunderstood you. Thanks for clarifying. ;)

Awww, those poor, poor arabs - they don't like being in prison for getting caught trying to/killing Israeli jews, I've such sympathy for them.

If they were in an arab muslim prison most of them would already be dead.

Who doesn't hate murderers? Or those who teach their children that other people are apes, pigs, and animals, like we see across the arab muslim media/newspapers?
