Actually, for all the new rich white voters Bidens won, Trump picked up higher shares in the black, Hispanic and Muslim demographics.

Trump started a reform of the Republican Party toward becoming a party for the working people while the Democrats have exposed themselves as the party for upper-class elites. I hope that does last for an entire generation.

I had a small sign in my cubicle, circa 1987 or so, saying " Sexual harrassment, in this department, will not be reported. It will, however, be graded." That kept the bee ess to a minimum.

What are those laws, exactly? I know that in Georgia, a recount is automatic if the final tally puts the candidates within .1%. What are the rules in the other states? Got a link, maybe?

Also, didn't Trump already sic his lawyers on Wisconsin for a recount? That state isn't on your list.

Very good. then you should have no worries that Trump is exercising his legitimate legal rights, the same rights that Al Gore had, the same rights that Stacey Abrams had. Right? Why is all this whining? What are you afraid of?

I'm not afraid of him pursuing any avenue he feels is appropriate. His crack legal team is on it!

I'm telling yea - sleepy Joe has taken the Chinese virus behind the gym, and wrestled it down on election night! Look at all these mask-less Biden lovers celebrating - not a care in the world. What virus? :applause:

I am hoping somebody will explain something to me about primaries and all the super Tuesday type malarkey.
There is a system of voting in different states where Republicans and Democrats select their preferred Presidential candidate.
Then there eventually are conventions where a single candidate is finalised.
    OK.
What I think happens is that 'registered' Democrats and 'registered' Republicans in each state vote for a candidate to represent their party.
    I am curious about this.
If I am at heart a Democrat can I register as as Republican?
If I am at heart a Republican can I register as a Democrat.
    Can I register as both?
Can I vote for a candidate for each and every party by registering for them?
Who keeps the register, if rules apply who monitors how people behave?
Can I register for the party I oppose in order to big up the most useless and beatable person so the party I (secretly?) favour has a better chance?
Is the 'primary' system open to voter fraud, the kind of which is causing a lot of Americans to get their knickers in a twist right now?
Thanks for reading this, I am interested in different versions of 'democracy' around the world (even including China!), and I admit to finding the American system very confusing.

Yep. Looks like the winner is four years of messaging to America: "You're a racist. You're a sexist."

They all had masks on, but yes, very dumb to be out like that. It will most likely create another spike.

Of course they don't, and if by some rare, obscure, and unlikely chance Trump wins in court and gets reelected, then Democrats will go back to "voter suppression" rhetoric. Isn't it fun?

Well, either way, some of the board will think it was rigged.

I don't understand how republicans, who hoped and wished for a conservative court, now are frothing at the mouth for them to get involved in a state's rights issue.

    I just don't get it.

Do you want a SCOTUS to follow the constitution, or do you want them to get involved in what is clearly something that is up to the states?

At this point in time - with the race being called for Biden/Harris, I don't even want to think what would happen if the Court steps
in and changes the results. Massive riots, loss of foreign trust in our political system and economic markets, even more distrust by the voters ...

The Courts better be absolute certain, beyond any shadow of doubt, that there was wide-spread fraud. This isn't the Bush/Gore deal where
the election was down to a few hundred votes in one state - this would mean overturning an election where there was a 4 million vote difference and
a massive swing in the Electoral College.

Supremes have already made PA segregate late votes for possible court case.

American democracy depends on a fair election process. If the Supremes rule the election was rigged let the rioting begin. Better to have riots by the cheaters than to lose our democracy.

Implying something is wrong with me merely because I don't see thing through your lens? It is my first election after an attempted coup based on a phony, partisan, dossier that was part of Russian Disinformation. It is my first election when the media reports negative 95% of the time on my President. (Show me where that's been done before) It is my first election where the cyber media censors a News story, recognized by a major source, that implicates it's preferred candidate. This is how it works......you tried to overthrow the election after 2016, what's to make me think you won't do it again? In your case......you just don't like his personality.

So you finally come clean. Gore took two months with his inspection. Why are your panties in a knot after a few days? You were warned the election wouldn't be clean after non-solicited mail in ballots were instituted. We've ever had an election where numbers posted on election day were countered by suspicious, late votes, to make up the difference!
