    Given it's history and what it continues to do I'm not sure why anyone would trust them. I wish I wasn't so cynical, but they continue to justify it.

    Fake unconstitutional illegit select committees don’t need no defense or cross examinations… it gets in the way of their one sided agenda to deceive the public.

    That is not the point. In a trial, the defendant can testify. However, that does not mean that it is a good idea whether they are guilty or not.

    In a trial, the defendant has lawyers and witnesses that he chooses. His lawyers and witnesses are not chosen by the prosecution.

    The investigation was a one sided sham trial.

    why would Trump sit in front of any unconstitutional illegit committee, who themselves have altered evidence with no repercussions, and cherry picked the testimonies for a public sham TV show...... with only a few testimonies they picked out THOUSANDS available....

    and remember all things collected by this committee is about to disappear come next week.... never to be seen again....
    in fact I would not put it past this clown show to not allow evidence used by the executive branch that was obtained by the legislative branch into "discovery".
