So Biden’s border crisis is really just a scam he created in order to increase the flow of cheap illegal labor for the wealthy. The last time the wealthy wanted cheap labor they just used slave ships. Now democrats are just using taxpayer dollars to import cheap labor.

Biden and the democrats have wrecked the economy. Now they want to flood the country with illegal aliens. Biden's ideas never work for the PEOPLE.

And going after employers is not as easy as simply saying it on a forum. You have to prove that they KNOWINGLY hired illegals. And that's actually just as hard to measure as your obsession with Trump is.

They have a system, its called E-Verify. But it is voluntary (with exceptions to government contractors, those are mandatory) due to Right to Privacy (the excuse given when they first implemented it). In addition it is not a fool proof system. Anyone with a stolen SSN would pass it. And last I heard around 2/3rds of working adult illegals use either stolen SSN's or fake ones.

Furthermore the IRS already knows where many illegals are working as they give out an ITIN number to anyone that asks for one. The ITIN number was specifically thought up to give to illegals so that the government gets their money. Think Congress is going to threaten that cash cow?

Could Congress fix this? Yes they can. Though they would have to get past the hurdle of privacy rights. And I for one am not sure how they can do that. Do you? They would also have to get past Democrats who do everything that they can to allow illegal immigration without outright passing a law of open borders.

Also a President doesn't have all that much say in what Congress passes. The most any President can do to get a law passed is either suggest, threaten to Veto, and appeal to voters to press their reps to do something. What they can do however is determine how the laws that are currently on the books are enforced. And Trump did that far more than Biden. At least Trump tried to get something done. Biden isn't even doing that. Instead he's enacting policies that are encouraging MORE illegal immigration.

Gov Abbott is not allowed to deport them. Only the feds have that power. So, he's doing the next best thing. Sending them to Sanctuary Cities.

It’s their duty to confirm that who they hire isn’t an illegal immigrant and if they fail to do so, lock them up.

No, its not their duty. Indeed it is the governments explicit duty to make sure illegals are barred from coming by securing our borders. Every other country gets this, and does it. Why can't our government? Indeed most first world countries do not have an illegal immigration problem to the extent that we do. By far. The UK for instance only has around 120k illegals.

Businesses shouldn't even have to be dealing with it in the first place.

As for crashing the economy...Bullcrap. While the GDP would decrease by about $1.6 trillion in a 10 year period if 11 million illegals suddenly got deported the economy itself would not crash. $1.6 trillion over a 10 year period is not actually that much.

 

Just keep ignoring reality if you wish. Trump did better against illegals than Biden has. This is not something that is disputable.

Which means they are leaving Texas voluntarily to go to those sanctuary cities. ....hmm...wonder why they want to go to sanctuary cities....could it possibly be because they know they will be safer from deportation in those cities?
