There are dozens upon dozens, if not a hundred, photos and videos of this creep with his hands and lips all over women and girls of all ages. Even if he didn't tell the 13 year old he was horny, he's still a creepo.

I asked this in its own thread and got zero replies from the progressives. Is this what feminism fought so hard for; so that men in power could grope women at will? Why do these men hug and kiss women instead of shaking their hands? Do you hug and kiss women in your business and shake men's hands?

If I went to one of my wife's work events, say a Christmas party, and saw her male boss kissing and hugging all the women, and shaking hands with all the men, I'd know he's a perv.

Women have a sixth sense for creeps. This girl isn't the only one whose been creeped out by this saggy deeeock old drunk. There are numerous images on the Net.

I posted the GIF because Biden looks like the Creeper from Jeepers Creepers sniffing the girl's head and then making a move to kiss her. Whatever happened was enough to catch the mother's attention, she even patted his shoulder as if to say "Ok Joe, thank you, that's enough now."

It's pretty clear that Congress refused to impeach obama because of Joe Biden.

So true... I don't think anyone firmly believes he said "horny" but his actions were perverted and creepy. He could have easily told her those things aloud and not way down in her ear. Exactly. He leaned down to whisper something to her so nobody else would hear it. You can tell that it caught the mom's attention because she quickly turned her head to try and listen to what he was saying. The dad, who claims Biden (his long time friend) didn't say anything, was looking off towards the crowd the entire time and didn't even know Creepy Uncle Joe was bent down in his daughter's ear.

 

I pay no attention to captions provided by an anonymous source. If you do, you are a fool. It does not matter how loud the volume is. What you think you hear, is what actually matters to you. if you believe for a millisecond that Biden might say something like that in circumstances provided in the clip, I think you are mentally closer to the perversion you ascribe to him. I tells me more about you than Biden.

There's a phenomenon where if you have a sample of audio(such as this) that is really unintelligible, and you put words on the screen that is supposed to be what they are, that's exactly what you'll hear, despite whether it is true or not. Seems like a lot of that is going on here.
