Comer and Jordan subpoenaed Attorney General Merrick Garland for records, including transcripts, notes, video, and audio files, related to Special Counsel Robert Hur's investigation of President Joe Biden's willful mishandling of classified information.
The Justice Department has closed its investigation into classified documents, but the Oversight Committee and Judiciary Committee’s investigation continues. Special Counsel Hur’s report outlined that classified documents Joe Biden stashed for years relate to countries where his family cashed in on the Biden brand.

Any criminal charges or anything of any substance whatsoever against Joe Biden yet?

 

The folks who would move forward with criminal charges are the folks who repeatedly obstruct congressional investigations, that would include the DOJ, FBI and the White House.

Criminal charges are brought by the DOJ... please show us the honest and thorough investigation by the corrupt DOJ... they have had this information for years, it is their job, they get paid and have all the cute little investigative tools we bought them that Comer does not... remember... it is the Federal Bureau of INVESTIGATION... Comer has uncovered more than enough "reasonable suspicion" to have started a DOJ investigation.
