Jordan and Comer Subpoena DOJ for Special Counsel Hur Joe Biden Investigation Documents

Ok, here's the deal. Trump had documents and the government knew he had them but never charged him with a crime. The FBI KNEW he had documents and told him to get a better lock on the door. Where is the crime? If Trump stole documents, then shouldn't the DOJ have charged him on day one? They did not. Why?

 

You skipped the subpoena to return them. Which he lied about and tried to hide them. Did you forget that part??
It wasn’t stealing until his refusal to give them back and when he conspired to hide what he had.

 

A difference of opinion is not a conspiracy or stealing. Everyone knew what Trump had, no one knew what Biden or Clinton had, one of them deleted what they had, one of them was brain dead about what he had, and one of them went to court to say he had a right to have what he had.

..... the "not a subpoena" for former VP Biden after 7 years....
......the fact per Kathy Chung testimony, Dana Remus knew about the Penn State document in MAY, not in the NOVEMBER lie they told us, 6 months before.......
......the fact the Wilmington house documents were confiscated by the FBI crime scene, not voluntarily handed over as some may suggest.
......the fact Joe left office in Jan. 2017 and the Penn Biden Center did not open until Feb. 2018

How did the NARA know what Trump had (declassified) in a few months, but did not know what Biden had (classified) in 7 years?

They are declassified documents.... declassified by the sitting president of the US.
and
they are "MARKED" classified..... it seems some folks don't quite get the wording in the court documents.... words have meanings

 

The classified portion is irrelevant to his indictments. He is in deep ****.
