Can you expand on that? How about a muslim photographer at a Jewish wedding? Does that change your answer?

Based on legislation many on the right have always felt was unconstitutional.

Sure they are. Did you miss the free expression thereof [religion] part?

Somebody who contracts like photographer could decline any contract they want there's no law compelling you to be in a contract. So you don't get to demand contracts for people well you can but they don't have to oblige.

But yeah but there's no law fitting any religious practices outside of like human sacrifice.

Our current president has an unfriendly record when it comes to gay rights. Time will tell.

When he came out in support of gay marriage he was the highest office holder in the land to do so at the time.

You talk about rights, but is there a right to a photographer, or a baker?

Go for it. I think such a ploy might backfire though. The foundation for most weddings are still based on religious ideals.

It wouldn't change mine. I photographer should not be compelled to capture images that would make them uncomfortable. For any reason.

Holding on to his old beliefs would hinder efforts to maintain power.

You mean their individual rights or the business entity?

This is not about me. Can a photographer for hire, legally refuse goods, services, employment, or housing to someone because they are Christian?

I mean, no individual has a right to demand that someone create art on their behalf. If the photographer has a problem taking shots of two men kissing (like I would) he (or she) should not be compelled to do the shoot. It's not even necessarily a gay thing, I'd have no problem shooting a lesbian wedding. I'm under no mandate to be consistent or even rational. Sue me.

It is about you if you think that photography is not an art. It is.

So you’re saying he heard what the voters wanted and shifted his support? Isn’t that what our elected officials are supposed to do? What we want?
