    I agree. (That it is an art and that lesbians kissing is not bad!) My only issue is the legal protection for religious people. The same cannot be done to them.

    I want my politicians to do what the voters want, that’s why we elect them.

    agree with that, art is not the same as cooking a burger or renting an apartment

    BUT, they should have to put in all their ads that they discriminate

    I'm pretty sure they would be.

    They can't discriminate against people because of their religion.

    But i guess you can discriminate against people because of your religion.

    Religion protects you from discrimination and allows you to discriminate against people.

    Sounds like religious people get special treatment that non religious people do not get.

    freedom to discriminate in artwork has always been allowed as it's a form of speach

    she could refuse to take photo's of black people too if she choose too

    but zoning laws could affect her

    It's called "freedom of religion" and not only is it protected by the 1st Amendment, it's also protected by the 9th Amendment.

    Your rights don't override my rights.
