    People here still do not understand the separation of powers. The DOJ is part of the Administration. The Memo was released to the Administration yesterday so the DOJ can now view the memo and give Trump advice.

    I bet they don't see some sort of inconsistency in their views, much like their "shutdown will kill people, we vote for shutdown" position seemed perfectly logical to them.

    Guess they're not since the Memo is getting the executive branch review and advice the DOJ was squealing for.

    I'm glad they are going the transparent route. We're big boys and girls and not only can we handle the information in the memo we deserve to know what *cough* "the most transparent administration in history" *cough* was or wasn't doing at the time in question.

    It's our government, remember? We can't have everyone in DC behaving like Hillary Clinton so they can do whatever the hell they want up there.
