Servitude have been abolished many hundred years ago, but Putin needs it to control his slaves, the "citizens" of his Russia Inc. In the entirely World the citizens of a country are allowed to move free from place to place, but not in Putin's Kingdom of Idiocy. If, for example, somebody move away from his home to an other city and stay there longer as three months, than he/she will be wanted by police and could immediately lost his registration ( the right to live and ownership ) for his home. Also, if you are away for longer as three months, than Putin can imprison you because you are wanted by police, more over you will lost your home. The corrupted mafioso ( police, officials, courts etc ) are happy, they will get many homes for selling and for their criminal "businesses" because the homeowners could be murdered, disappeared, imprisoned etc., therefore the will lost their right for the real estates. It is clear that millions owners of real estates will lost their properties in Russia. We all know that in Putin's Russia Inc. no one law, bill or propose can be passed without his approve.

Here a Translation from Russian into English.

The aforementioned propositions do not enslave US - citizens, do not confiscate their real estates, do not wanted their with search warrants and do not imprison their for alleged "crimes": do not live in their properties longer as three months.

Better are 100 Obamas as 1 Putin who punish Russia already longer as twelve years and is going to transform the country to a New GULAG.

Just as I expected, you are downplaying these laws and shrugging them off. Besides, the banks already confiscate peoples homes. The NDAA is unconstitutional and here you are parroting it as if its nothing. Here's a lovely quote, Tom Parker of Amnesty International USA argues that the NDAA “provides a framework for ‘normalizing’ indefinite detention and making Guantanamo a permanent feature of American life.” America is already a GULAG, with the economy FAILING and the banks not being prosecuted and investigated for its crimes against the global financial system only proves that you have no say. You have no choice, therefore you have no freedom.

I suggest you should purchase a flight ticket to Russia and back, stay there two weeks, surely you will be very disappointed and never write such posts again.

    Enjoy!

It's their way of keeping track with undesirables --- anybody who does not walk around chanting pro Putrid mantras .
All unhinged power freaks quickly get paranoid and this Government is no exception .
How long before he has a pogrom in a last desperate attempt to unite a dissatisfied population ?
I can imagine him sitting at home , thinking ( ? ) , " Who can we have a little war with ? Isn't it time to stir up trouble with Belarus or Lithuania? Why does nobody love me ? "

I dunno who run Russia in reality, but more as 80 % of all laws are crazy.
It is difficult to understand why Kremlin so hates own people and so desire a completely destroying of this former strong and rich country.

If you think Russian laws are crazy, compare them with some active US laws:

In Washington its illegal to buy mattress on Sunday.
In Hawaii all residents may be fined for not owning a boat.
In Glendale, Arizona it is illegal to drive a car in reverse.
In Maryland, it is ilegal to mistreat oysters.
in Missouri, a man must have a permit to shave.
In Little Rock, Arkansas, dogs cannot bark after 6 pm.
In Chicago Illinois, it is illegal to fish in pajamas.
In Virginia, it is illegal for an unmarried person to have sex.
In Port Huron Michigan, the speed limit for ambulances is 20 mph.

Now, what was it about crazy Russian laws?

This law is simply a continuation of the same law administered by the zars then by the Soviet Union.

The severity of Russian laws is compensated by not obligatory observance.

Yes , another possibility , though they would have to find some really dirty tactics to get things moving . I believe Yanukovich is now generally hated , save around Donetsk , and tragically the two sides --- in general terms -- have been part united in their common dislike for this idiot who ultimately reports to Putrid .
Any Ukies here? Am I wrong ?
