It is easy to say overthrow the dictator. In practice that should go from the top people who have the necessary resources and not from the bottom. If normal people try to go to the streets they immediately finish in jail. You know, when the war started there were a lot of anti-war demonstrations in Russia. However most of the participants finished in jails. Same **** happened in Belarus.
