No, the burden of proof is on the government. They have to prove someone is guilty, not the other way around.

 

If an adult male cannot be near a female child without raping her this law will not stop that.
I do not want perverts around children period. Would you rather them be in the bathroom of your little boy? Your fearmongering attempts are pathetic - your little girl is more likely to be abused AT HOME by a family friend or relative than in public. I can find exactly zero cases where a transgender has attacked a child in a public restroom.

If your ilk was worried about child abuse or peeping they would have increased penalties (with nationwide support) for these activities. Instead they have decided it is better to arrest people that have had full surgical procedures or that dress incorrectly to pander to bigots.

Without knowing what happened and now knowing this event had nothing to do with the recent laws what is the point? We do not know why the police were called.. We dont know where this happened or why or why it was felt THREE LEO's had to be called in.
