Let's do a pros and cons of Trumps Presidency

He's been out of office a year. Everyone was so eager to steal/vote him out. Yet he's still influential. How? Let's do a pros and cons of Trumps time in office. Share what he did good. And what he did bad. Everyone at least share 1 of both. Share as many as you want. I'll start.

Pro- Provided citizens a good look at how politics really run. He exposed a lot in Washington
Con- He was vulgar at times when he didn't need to be.

Folks...this shouldn't be a controversial topic. Folks always have opinions on Trump. Let's get to them.

 

Con: He tried to overthrow our democracy. I can't really think of a Pro that makes up for that. You can support the Constitution or Trump. You can't do both.

Pro: He tried to do some stuff about criminal justice reform. Again, that makes up for nothing.

 

Let's please be respectful. And do a true pros and con. We all may be surprised by it.

 

He did at that. And he did it by example. By conforming one of the most corrupt administrations in our History.

But, I'll stay on track and continue with your question.

Pro: He laid the path to getting us out of Afghanistan
Con: He did it by surrendering to the Taliban.

 

I don't need to be respectful of an attempt to steal an election. Which he did. Those are the true pros and cons. He did a couple of good things. The con is he tried to overthrow our election. That ain't good. He deserves no "respect" for trying to install himself as an unelected leader. You are smart enough to know that.

Are you really dishonest enough to think that it isn't a "con" to try to steal an election? Really? How is that not a con? How can you possibly believe that isn't a con? Please be explicit as to how that isn't a con. Go into detail about how that isn't a con.

 

Ummm. The election was stolen from him. It was obvious. He'd still be in office. But thank you for your response.

False. He lost the election. Then he tried to steal it. He failed to steal it. The lunatic conspiracy brain farts of himself and his followers don't change the facts.

 

Bad - Everything.
Good - Got fired.

 

His attempt to overthrow our government eliminates any reason to be respectful to the most despicable person to ever occupy the White House. Hell, the most despicable American (period).

 

Pros are emphasis on American manufacturing, and giving NATO, Congress, and media companies a little cage rattling. All of which had grown entirely too comfortable, and haughty.

Cons are further erosion of public discourse, continued expansion of executive power, and spending.

All in all he was a pretty run of the mill Republican president policy wise. His method, and substance of communication was overall detrimental in my opinion, but he's hardly the first firebrand the oval office has seen.

You've been given pros and cons. The fact that you don't particularly like them does not change the fact that you have been provided with exactly what you asked for.

 

Pro: He was fired

Con: He was ever hired to begin with

 

Respectful? Does that eliminate telling the truth, I'll agree it's impossible tell the truth about Benedict Donald with respect. He tried to overthrow of OUR Government, the Government he swore to protect and defend. Leading up to his coup attempt from the day he was inaugurated until he left for Florida he had the whole world living an alternative reality created by his constant lies. He was the most divisive president we've EVER had, he pitted American against American every day and still does. His big "accomplishment" was giving a huge tax break to people that don't need it that doesn't expire and a little one to people that do need it that expires before the ink dries. He mishandled a global pandemic, exacerbating the misery, suffering and death exponentially because he was worried about the optics of a pandemic adversely affecting his reelection. He was too worried about keeping his job to do his job. In his last desperate attempt to remain in office he fired up his followers who went on to break in to OUR Capitol, sending 140 police officers to the hospital, one of whom died, they wrecked and defaced the most beautiful public building in the world AND topped it of by showing what low life's they are, whom tRump loves, by pissing in the halls and wiping their **** on it's walls.

How do you respect that?

As someone else said the only pro about his presidency is it ended.

 

Con: He is undoubtedly the worst President we have ever had

Pro: We know what to look out for in the future.

 

Destroyed??? It is still there. Still functioning just like before. There was no lasting effect.

 

The lasting affect is the broken hearts and spirit of good patriotic AmeriCANs that watched it. That will always be a memory that will never heal.

But, just for you, I changed it to "wrecked", fitting description for Donald Judas tRump's wrecking crew followers.
