Putin's regime is actively working to destroy NATO through disinformation and political interference in member countries. Naturally, he denies any of that and would have you believe that NATO will collapse on its own. That's all part of the game.

I don't know about the military capabilities of Luxembourg, but France and Germany are doing all right for themselves at least.
