The "MAJOR OUTBREAK" is actually just one case, although there has been some cases in Florida too, - unrelated to migrant shelters.

In 2019 we had over 1300 cases.

That’s my feeling as well. They won’t do anything until Election Day. If Biden is reelected, they wait until they have all of their plans in order. Then it will be a big simultaneous attack that will kill thousands, like 9-11.

If Trump is elected, smaller attacks might occur sooner to spread chaos to discredit him.

I don't know about that, I think Trump is secretly letting terrorists into the country so that if Biden wins, he can have them attack and make Biden look bad.
