Whomever shot her, for our purposes does not matter. A drawn weapon and a forceful "FREEZE OR I WILL SHOOT" would have likely stopped her in her tracks. Unfortunately, we will never know because that warning was not given.

Sorry folks... Ashli Babbitt was an unarmed, defenseless ,14-year veteran, who served four tours with the US Air Force from San Diego, 35 years of age. She did not deserve to be killed when non lethal options were available (see below)... spin it anyway you want.... there is rumblings officer Lt. Michael Byrd was the one who shot her... she had the right NOT to be shot by by anyone.... even if some folks want to spin it that way...

This incident should never have been allowed to happen...The Capitol police answer to Congress... that is Pelosi, Chuck, and Turtleneck... They were forewarned.... Trump offered guards ahead of time.... The CP had enough manpower to deal with this crowd... Pelosi and her ilk have the blood of Ashli on their hands... not Trump.... the investigation into Jan 6 should start with what Pelosi, the FBI, and CP knew and when they knew it and why the CP was undersized

It might have started out as a peaceful protest, but that soon changed with the actions of Trump. Not do I endorse their riot on the capital grounds. As I have stated five hundred times already, these people let their irrational fears be exploited by Trump.
