Massive paycuts and Field Agents for the Border Patrol

    Typical.... even the government is playing trickle-up welfare. Screw the troops... shower the useless paper pushers with pay raises and new titles while the troops that bleed in the field get their pay slashed 30% and are required to work for free past the 8th hour.

    I have a few buddies in the military who are now unemployed due to cuts. They can be re-employed in case of emergency, but they do not plan to re-enlist since they are being laid off. They've decided to turn their backs on the gov, and I don't blame them, as the gov turned their backs on the hardest working American there is - the Army and Marines.

    My buddies in the army are losing their stipend as well.

    The government can save a lot of money if it outsources those functions to Third World contractors. That way the 1%'ers won't have to pay more in taxes.
