Laughable on so many levels. Where to begin - the predictability?

How often do you have conversations with YOUR imaginary deity and the rest of YOUR imaginary friends?

How is it possible that YOUR imaginary deity can inform you or anyone else of anything?

Finally, this Agnostic would like to know all about YOUR imaginary deity that you imagine is my own. What is YOUR imaginary deity's attributes? What does YOUR imaginary deity do with its/his/her time - sit around being anthropomorphized by silly atheists who claim to have had conversations with him/her/it while they claim he/she/it doesn't exist in the same breath?

Actually, you don't know ****, because I don't have an imaginary deity.

Actually, YOUR imaginary conversation with YOUR imaginary deity has less credibility than any non-existent beliefs I have about YOUR imaginary deity.

YOU tell us. YOU are the one having the imaginary conversation with YOUR imaginary deity. What are YOUR imaginary deity's imaginary beliefs?

You dodged my question. Where did your assertion come from?

PS. Obviously, I don't have a problem with atheists being all those things - I've already acknowledged that they can. You, on the other hand, said they don't need them, so what's your problem?

LOL, talk about dodging questions...where's the answers to mine? :)

    What assertion?

NO, I did NOT say they don't need them....I said they don't need a "god" to instruct them.

    so what's your problem?

it's the retribution from those that believe in the Abrahamic God that are the threat, not an imaginary God

Yes, it's hilarious you dodged my question.

I already answered the questions you posed in response to the question you dodged.

    Go back through our conversation...

    YES, you DID.

You didn't say that, but I'll take that as a clarification.

For discussion's sake, where do you think atheists came up with those ideas?

I've already stated my "problem" - there are atheists who possess the attributes that you claimed they didn't need to possess.

Oh, the continued FAILURE! to respond to anything in a substantive manner.

Did YOUR imaginary deity tell you to use emoticons for a crutch?

I visit a college campus pretty regularly as a guest speaker. It's a notoriously liberal campus. I see people wearing crosses all of the time.

No, the cartoon version of the History of Religion you submitted didn't fly over my head.

That's why I asked you who other than that cartoon character worshipped rocks?

Did the pagan Ancient Greeks and Romans worship rocks?

Do Jews, Christians and Muslims worship rocks?

Do Buddhists, Hindus and Sikhs worship rocks?

    Do Marxists/communists/socialists/"progressives" worship rocks?

Wow, a cartoon of the violent elements within two of the Abrahamic faiths masquerading as a synopsis of Man and religion.

How about a cartoon of a guillotine, a gulag and Venezuelans dumpster diving for food as a synopsis of Man and socialism?

No evidence of that :) Or you would have posted it :)

No, you could just have posted it here....if there had been an assertion ;)

    AGAIN, NO evidence of that.

Don't know where ALL atheists get their ideas but it wasn't from a make believe "friend"...

I never claimed that either but I'm sure you'll insist that I did with NO PROOF....a convenient MO when one has nothing :)

You wouldn’t lie to us, would you?

The evidence is in the PS. in Post #77. It’s been sitting there in plain English for 2 hours now...

Yes, you could have just spent a minimum of time and effort to go back through our conversation, but you won't because there was a an assertion and here it is:

Do you need me to tie your shoe laces, butter your toast, chew your food for you, too?

Wrong AGAIN. The evidence is in your post, which was re-posted above because you wouldn’t go back through our conversation.

Now, why wouldn’t you do that?

Who is this “make believe “friend”” - a deity?

That’s not where those ideas came from…

Evidently, it’s a convenient MO for people who have nothing to deny the PROOF in their own posts, and you have certainly insisted on such:

What a perfect faceplant your response has been. As if that wasn’t amusing enough, someone made the mistake of Liking it.

You don't have a problem with atheists being all those things BUT you didn't address anything about ""while NOT believing in a "god""" or ""while NOT fearing retribution from a "god".""

That's correct - I don't have a problem with atheists being all those things, and being atheists it's understood that they don't believe in a god and they don't fear retribution from a god. If that leaves any remaining questions in your mind I'll be glad to explicitly state that neither one bothers me.

I'm an Agnostic, Fox. What other people believe is academic to me.

So you agree that people can be "all those things" without believing in a "god" or gods" ...that's nice.

Glad that you brought up that point because those of us who been around these forums for a while KNOW that there are faux "agnostics" who create threads IDENTICAL to this OP where it SUPPORTS Christianity while needlessly DENIGRATING atheists.

They are as TRANSPARENT as glass to those of us who can RECOGNIZE all of the OBVIOUS signs,

The ignorance MANIFESTS itself by the FAILURE of those who create these BOGUS threads to realize that they EXPOSE themselves with their OWN posts.

That is ALWAYS good for a chuckle.

I don't know for sure... but I leaned toward Christmas time as more likely the time of the conception of Rabbi Yeshua - Jesus and a birth around the Festival of Tabernacles / Sukkot.... but I am biased........ and this idea got into my head back in the '70's. I had a great Christmas though....... even though most of the fellowship was through Facetime.....
