I actually like it. I love that this beautiful First Lady of ours is a down to earth woman and mother. I love that she KNOWS how to relate to youths, and that she knows how to participate in every day activities, and how to encourage children to "move." Maybe you should try dancing yourself. I know that, even at my age, I find that dancing (whether it be Zoomba or line dancing, or just dancing at a party) is excellent exercise and it raises people's mood. . .it also burns more calories that sitting in front of a computer all day! There is NOTHING vulgar or laughable at seeing Michelle Obama in top shape enjoying a bit of dancing. . .and she is VERY good at it! But, obviously, there will always be some people who can't take anything this lady does with a smile. . .people who will always have sour grapes in their mouth! Nancy Reagan wasn't 50 years old. . .and she sure didn't look like this First lady! Because this First Lady cares about being healthy and about inspiring kids and teenagers to be healthy.
I'm not sure I understand the rapport, or what you are infering. But I liked the video. Or are you so removed from any physical training that you think it all comes as a package?
Trainer? Piffle. I don't need anyone to tell me how to run a few miles every other day or how to eat healthy. In any event, they've had their own trainer for awhile anyways.
Good for you! Then, if you are into fitness and health, you must recognize how amazingly fit and trim for a person of her age, and for a person of her stature, the First Lady is. I still do not understand the deliberate stupidity, meanness and pettiness of the comments in this thread. What is so wrong about this beautiful woman dancing and inspiring others to dance? Why so much hatred and total disregard for the respect due to her position as the First Lady of the United States? What is so very offensive about this woman's obvious joy for life that the worst stupidity is all that supposedly intelligent people (maybe I am giving too much credit to some. . .but I hope that everyone making stupid, nasty comments in this thread are not really stupid!) can bring forward? The whole world is in admiration in front of her, and a LARGE majority of Americans as well (66% in the latest Gallup poll). . .and yet, in this forum, it seems that the main focus of any thread where Michelle Obama's name is mentioned is to ridicule her, to insult her, to belittle and twist ANYTHING she does! How warped is that?

Noted once again, for someone who cries all the time I am sooooo mean to her, I wake up and you have summoned me 3 times when I never addressed you. Kinda weird.
