Belgium doesn't do that. Belgiums numbers are ACTUAL legitimate numbers. Senegals are probably underreported 10-100x their actually rate.

Furthermore "murders from armed conflict" do not account in those number totals. So due to senegals opposition struggle, they murder their opposition with impunity and then simply don't declare their deaths as murders.

I just googled "restaurant worker attacked" and out of the first 6 videos, 3 showed white attackers, 1 showed a black attacker, and two had no photographic evidence of any colour
