Nah, all you're doing is ranting about inane things and asking why people are talking about this current event. You're definitely angry. lmao

    Whatever floats your boat,tom.

Neither of you have said specifically what you're complaining about in this case despite being asked numerous times, but anyone who thinks you're both full of sh*t is angry.:roflol:

Then go complain to the people who can make that happen!

Do you think making a fool of yourself on an internet forum is furthering your cause?

That is what folks do on a internet forum is debate issues and this is a issue. What are you doing here?

No...this is not an issue to anyone but you and tom, it is over with unless the DA decides to prosecute.

Have you seen any mention of this in the National Media?

There you go angry ranting again. People have given you very specific answers. You just didn't like those answers so you decided to throw a hissy fit.

    What answers would those be,tom?

That you and sbb refuse to accept reality?

I have not defended this officer yet you and your sidekick keep claiming that firing him is not "good enough" for you, not to mention that "I" did not start this thread because "I" thought that firing him was not good enough.

What would be "good enough" for you? Can you give a straight answer other than claiming I am "angry"?

It's over as far as I'm concerned...you 2 are the ones who can't let it go!

    What a surprise...you're ranting again.

I've already answered your questions more than once. No need to repeat myself again.

Here, this may help with the problem you're having: Controlling anger before it controls you

Are you incapable of speaking for yourself?

Excessive force not resulting in injury should be an unpaid suspension and a permanent record placed in the officers file.

Lying on an official police report should result in a felony punishment of prison followed by probation. He should also be hit with civil penalties to reimburse any costs associated with the false report including legal fees.

And she has hired an attorney, the charges were dropped and the officer was fired, and charges in florida for lying on a police report is based on the crime they are lying about, not the feelings of people on an internet forum.

    I'm going to bed...goodnight all!

Then why did you ask people what they believe the punishment should be if you were just going to dismiss them? Seems disingenuous

Btw, the punishment I listed is the standard for filing a police report although many are classified as a misdemeanor with only probation but we should expect more of our public servants so I went with the minimum felony sentencing.

The link wasn't meant to be an answer to your question. The link was to help you control your anger. I've already answered your question. You simply need to read my posts in this thread to see them.

lmao...Now you're claiming there was no assault? Wow. Not only was there an assault but there was actual battery involved. It went well beyond a simple assault.

Not their blessing, but their help.
Many departments allow you to file a report on line. It's for your benefit, no thugs turning up on your doorstep.
Can't remember the number of times I have been asked to take a report of a burglary months after the event, because the insurance company have asked for it. Or they get pissed because the insurance company declined their claim because my report said something like "The victim advised that he had left his front door unlocked" or "The victim advised that she had left her handbag on the passenger seat of her car in plain view"

I'm not the topic, tom so I really have no interest in your links that have nothing to do with it!

What would be "good enough" for you?

Try to answer the question this time instead of posting links that have nothing to do with the topic.

I'm not claiming anything tom...I simply posted the legal definition of assault , if you don't like it then take it up with them.

Charge him with the crimes he committed, obviously. Now please, ask that same question 20 more times as if I didn't give you a very clear and concise answer.

lmao...Now you're suddenly concerned with staying on topic. You're a riot.

Okay, then why did you post the definition of assault? Just for fun? Do you think the officer committed assault?

Finally...why didn't you just say that instead obsessing over me?

What I think does not matter...that is up to the DA, something neither one of you seem to be able to grasp!

If you want to complain about it then do it here:

    http://www.sao6.org/default.htm

    or here:

    http://www.pcsoweb.com/sheriff-bob-gualtieri-2

You're accomplishing nothing by whining about it on an internet forum.

But you're accomplishing something by whining about people discussing a current event on a political forum? What a joke.

You do realize that if even one person uses your links to file a complaint then this thread has in fact accomplished something. Way to go!!

This thread has been viewed over 2,000 times which raises awareness of the issue...which accomplishes something. It's funny to note that even you bumping this thread several times a day adds to that awareness. The incessant babbling you do highlights the fact that there really is no defense for this dirty cop's actions and shows that there are people out there who just want this to be swept away and forgotten. So thanks!

Awww, poor fella. You want so bad for people to not shine light on instances of police abuse like this.

    Too bad.
