Decades ago, Republicans supported women's rights and Planned Parenthood. The Roe v. Wade justices were predominantly conservative.
    http://vox-nova.com/2008/05/21/are-liberal-judges-to-blame-for-roe-v-wade/

The KKK is a conservative group, as is the CCC (which inspired the recent mass murderer Dylan Roof).

You need to learn the meaning of genocide and suicide.

A better question is why do you think no one cares? I am against abortion thus I care. My position against abortion is not based upon race but the idea of the boundary that separates an action from an immoral action is harm and as the abortion harms a developing life it is thus immoral by my measure of morality.

Get a dictionary, they explain the meaning of those Really Big words that you don't know like genocide.

Why can't you answer questions if you're so sure of your premise?

Why are you outraged that black women have to the right to get an abortion?

You have NEVER answered that question.

Black women are NOT forced to get abortions so what is there to be outraged about?

you have NEVER answered the question

You guessed it. The haughty indignation is palpable, isnt it? Not mention pure manure.

There are a number of possible solutions to the problems, none of which you are really interested in.

If you actually look at that page you will see their main focus is on improving conditions for women and mothers so they don't feel the need for abortion.

And women have every right to exercise their bodily autonomy BEFORE they get pregnant. After they are pregnant exercising their bodily autonomy means killing an innocent who has no choice in their own existence.

I do not support my past actions, and I only wish i knew what i know now back then. I have learnt from my past expeeiences and they have shaped my views and i grieve for the ones i allowed to be killed, and grieve the circumstances that drove me to that decision. i do not support the dehumanization of the unborn at all. Not even from conception. Even if their lives are being taken we should still recognise them as human lives. In Buddhist cultures they say goodbye to their aborted children and grieve them, thus maintaining their humanity. When we turn off life support to our loved ones we can still respect their humanity.

The only reason i support early term abortion is because an all out ban would push abortion underground and still mean the unborn dying, but their mothers would die also, making it even worse. Its not because i don't see them as human.

It's a pro-life page. The main focus is "We believe in the legal protection of unborn life..."

Women's rights don't end when they become pregnant.

Which suggests personhood, and begs the question.

My main focus is on supporting women and mothers so they don't feel "forced" into abortion; democrats for life, secular pro life, PLAGAL, and feminist for life are some of the groups I know do this. If you can link me to a pro choice movement that also promotes these ideas, i will gladly spread their message.

I have yet to find an abortion movement that is neither pro life or pro choice, but tries to balance the ideas of both. If anyone knows any groups like that I would love a link to their website.

Your "pro-life" groups may promote ideas, but none of them can hold a candle to the Planned Parenthood organization which actually provides free or low cost health care, education and contraception to poor women and their families. All pro-choice groups are supportive of women and their general empowerment.

And it is doubtful you will find any such group which says "You have a right to abortion, but you can't have one."

Planned parenthood also lie and spread half truths. They have also been caught promoting statutory rape. They have actively encouraged women to get abortions, telling them they would be a burden on society if they continued their pregnancies and gave birth. They make money from abortion, why would they want it to stop?

And, as usual YOU have NO proof of that whatsoever.....

What lie does PP spread? Where ??

    WHERE do they support rape?

PP is non-profit......PP shouldn't lie but YOU can???

    - - - Updated - - -

Absolutely has NOTHING to do with the topic....nothing......it's thread jacking.

And you know that is true because...?

    Planned Parenthood is a non-profit.

So when a woman gets pregnant she loses her rights.....that's insanity.

Her fetus has MORE rights than she does until, of course, it's born......how asinine.

Some of them are inhuman, the way they treat their unborn child at 16 weeks gestation...

It's interesting the twisting of language used. Trying to make it appear as if she was "forced into an abortion".

Naturally, now she'll deny that and say "I take full responsibility"...but the other use of words shows that she's trying to buy herself atleast SOME "cover" with fellow "pro-lifers" on this forum by trying to insinuate that somehow HER CHOICE of having two abortions was "out of my hands".

    - - - Updated - - -

Another post to save to add to Anders' litany of opinion of women...and what he would do to them to control them given the power.

No, they are very human....HUMANS have been having abortions almost since the beginning of humans.

How do you view your god that you believe created miscarriages (abortions) ???

If you take away human rights from someone then you don't see them as human.....women are human, too........

YOU want MORE rights for fetus so that they can harm others.....is that anyway to treat a human? FORCING it to be harmed.....

    - - - Updated - - -

All true but she's been able to AGAIN hijack a thread....must have a "pass" .... ;)

The only thing I'm proving is that liberals don't want to admit there's a problem with black abortion rates. Since you seem to be hanging on my every word instead of addressing the topic, guess we can count you in with those who'd like to change the subject.

And you need to quit trying to sell me on abortion and address the issue.

Maybe if you read this nonbiased article, you'll be better equipped to say more than

    ABORTION GOOD

    ME LIKE ABORTION

I'm interested enough to start a thread about it.

I was wrong about blacks having 4 times more abortions than whites. Since abortions in general have declined in recent years, blacks rates are now 5 times higher.

Outrageous that the leaders of this nation are just as eager to sweep this tragedy under the rug as you are.
