They need to hire more scabs. Break the unions. Hire folks to stand in front of the homes of union employees and call them greedy bastards. Then give them 2 days to return to work or its no job. No unemployment benefits either, as they left work voluntarily. Show these liberal scum that they can go find another line of work.

    Parasite liberal scum.

Unions drive down labor. Paying the fees leaves less for the worker while the union bosses get fat and divvy up the money to Democrat elections. The market drives the wages. How long does McDonalds pay someone minimum wage if the person finds out Wendy's is paying $1/hour higher for the same skill set?

It's all bull(*)(*)(*)(*). Only enterprises where workers can be garnered from state to state should unionize. Truckdriving and construction come to mind. Unionizing a Starbucks, Verizon or Barnes and Noble is ridiculous. These companies don't fill their workforces in San Francisco with cheaper employees from Alabama.

Wrong; McDonalds normally starts off their employees at 20 cents above minimum wage.

Sorry to hear that you don't feel that workers should have rights in the workplace; reminds me of the old days of the Soviet Union where unions weren't permitted and whatever the employer paid you was it and that was all.

You obviously have never been in a union before, because the way your talking you really have no idea what unions are really about. Instead you rely on foder you read on line and from right-wing newspapers. sheesh!:omg:

Ah. Please submit your address. I'll have a group of loudmouths with bullhorns at your sidewalk in less than an hour.

And then we'll see how duplicitous and hypocritical you get.

    :)

Um...you're wrong: McDonald's doesn't have a consistent hiring policy; it is u to the franchisor at each location. The .20 rule is just a suggestion. When the economy was humming, most McDonald's were paying upwards of $10/hr.

And - btw - ask me if I know anything about union mentality. I deal with union bullsh!t every day, including the last incident where these union thugs took a shipment of supplies delivered from a non-union source (Because they had to; they objected to a non-union shipper even being able to DELIVER to their docks!!), and WRECKED 5 pallets of merchandise simply because of this fact.

You union types are done. You're drawing up your own extinction papers, and - like most species too stupid to know it - you're doing it without even being aware of it.

No, what the scumwad union VP is exhorting his fellow scumwads to do is harassment, and conspiracy to commit harassment, as well as disturbing the peace, intimidation, conspiracy to commit intimidation, stalking, etc....

You do not have the right to hound, and deliberately assail private citizens.

The US Constitution says you have a right to freedom of speech with certain limitations and this is not one of them. Read up on your constitution my friend. Or even better, why don't you post links to their arrests when they occur for all of our personal edification?

American workers are in direct competition with Third World workers. How do you think this is going to turn out?

Just so I get this straight...you are 100% ok with the unions following these people, berating them, torturing them verbally in public? right?

I seem to recall of university classes that were taped that promoted intimidating managers at home and with their families as a legitimate union tactic.

So, of course, it's okay. Having the police escort the SEIU and ACORN to a private home to harrass the 14-year old occupant was okay, too.

Hell, for unions, shooting people are okay. As Donald Trumka said concerning Eddie York being murdered, "Hey, you strike a match, you get burned."

:mrgreen:How about disturbing the peace? Just because you lefties are for unions doesn't mean they get priority on other laws.

:mrgreen:Well you shouldn't have brought up Gitmo. The left forgot all about it as soon as Ubama did. They love following their leader. No matter what he says or does.

never going to happen , the union has gone in a different direction. It is only interested in dues

you could also make the case that they are unemployed Americans looking to work

No, a scab is what unions call a worker.

No, a scab is what honest hard working union members call someone who crosses a picket line normally.
