The driver hit Matthew and dragged him a quarter of a mile as witnesses screamed for him to stop.

Some people claim illegal immigrants are less likely to get into accidents because they are so worried about getting caught, but here was a case where the illegal immigrant caused a death because he was desperately trying to flee the scene so he wouldn't be recognized and get caught.

As for this migrant being under the influence, well, when it comes to illegal immigration, America has not exactly been getting Mexico's "best and brightest".

And even after all this, there's a high chance he will not be deported and Massachusetts will protect him from federal authorities. Likely even release him before the next Republican president is sworn into office, to make sure they won't be able to go to the prison to grab him. (Sounds crazy but progressives in these areas would totally do that)​

don't fall for he brer rabbit trick, they want to be thrown in the briar patch (deported) as that is the 'get out of jail free' card

 

He can be deported back to his own country in his own government can jail him.

We don't need to pay twice for the same person.

I have heard that the government does not keep statistics on deaths caused by illegal aliens.

And I do believe some years ago I tried to look that up and could not find any information. Of course they don't want to keep track of it it highlights their failure at keeping our borders secure

Actually if that illegal was in his home country instead of being here illegally her son would still be alive as that incident wouldn't have happened to begin with.

He would most likely be alive if the illegal had not been in our country. Because it was this illegal who killed him. Not a citizen.

 

He's getting out of jail soon. The mother wants him deported rather then protected from deportation by the state of MA

 

that is a problem too, what he did should have got him moor time, getting caught with drugs could get you more time

Why not the death penalty? No need to deport and it could cost about a dime. A .22 bullet is cheap.

 

When I lived in CA the billboards for lawyers advertised mostly for car accidents and workplace injuries and violations. Here in NM by the border with Mexico they advertise for car accidents and drunk driving. I’ve never seen so many people either drive drunk or get caught driving while being drunk until I immersed myself into the Mexican culture.

And illegals should not be here period. If it saves just one life, right libs?

I don't know what country you're from, but the median expense of death row inmates in the US is over $1.26 million an inmate, some cases in Texas exceeded 2 million.

 

Should be paid for by labor from the prison population.
