There aren't any DOJ rules that prevented Mueller for recommending impeachable crimes be prosecuted by congress. Ken Starr submitted 11 felonies with recommendation that the credible charges and substantial evidence be used to prosecute the sitting president. You're trying to rationalize Mueller's failure to find cause to prosecute ... and doing it too poorly to sway anyone.

Your representation is false. In fact, Mueller’s complaint is that Barr’s letter misrepresents the report. Even then, Trump had to stand up and lie to his sheep and claim he was “exhonorated”.

It really is only a matter of of time before we see the actual letter.

No, the “summary” was a document deliberately designed to mislead, something that was completely obvious to anyone who read even the first twenty pages of the Mueller report.

But the White House wanted a meme out there that the Trumpsters could all cheer for. Trump knows that his audience is not interested in the facts. So, he wanted.a documented he could hide behind, and that’s what he ordered.

Barr needs to resign (although he is probably not going to). He has disgraced his office, and ruined his own reputation.

Jake, the people have no confidence in any of the political bodies in foggy bottom. Which ones do you have confidence in? I’d like to see the letter, but regardless, we have seen the report and summery...there was nothing incorrect in the summery. The only people confused were the left and their propaganda machine, like the post, that were left with egg on their face.

 

Comey no doubt gave Mueller a call to ask if he could do anything to help him after reading the 4 pages of conclusions.

Barr's set to testify AGAIN today ... and I haven't heard any explanation from (D) committee why Mueller shouldn't at least be present. Committee proposes to have congressional attorneys question Barr today. Wht not have Mueller ask the questions? Barr's going to make jackasses out of them again.
